Pros:

Everything was clean and great one exception I will write what I didn't like

Cons:

What i didn't like was the hold in my card and for them to write me an email about charging for the first night like we are robot charging for a night in advance is not right because you never know what could happen an emergency etc. But other than that the rest was great, for that reason I will tell you pay in advance if you dont want the hold in your card

Decent, not great, price matched room.
Pros:

The room was very small. When you open the door to your room, the sink is at the door. I did not like that. Also, the sink was clogged, water would not go down drain. The hotel staff immediately tried to address this issue, but was unable to resolve. Bed was comfortable.

I like the way that the staff are humble and they are friendly .
They 24/7 front desk they help you with kindness 😊
For the rest room was clean breakfast is okay .

Cons:

The door where you bad in the bathroom make noises , the a/c every time click off they click on and was to hot in the room they to cold . And was not any sleep covered for the one that sleep on the sofabed . I have to take my from the queen bed the share with to one that sleep on the Sofabed.

I enjoyed my stay - GREAT staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. There was someone to greet you no matter the time of day. I noticed that the elevators looked a little dirty and they made a loud sound going up to the 2nd floor which was a little unsetlling. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable for my stay. It was a convenient location and the price was right.
