Pros:

The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

Liked it. We were out late on evening and the service in the restaurant was closed but they opened it for us for a coffee and some cakes - that’s good service!

Pros:

I had to change rooms twice as I found the 12th floor having a strong smell of smoke and mould from the non smoking floors upstairs. The 12th floor appeared dated and in need of some work. The age was showing.
I was moved to the 11th floor the next day which was at a much higher level.

I had booked a weekend getaway for my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I provided this information with my booking and requested in the booking to help make their stay memorable. My parents can’t stop raving about the delightful experience they had here. Every aspect from checkin till checkout was amazing. Their room was immaculate , food was expansive and delicious, facilities were amazing and the highlight were the staff that made them feel welcome. Thank you very much ITC Grand Maratha team for making this stay memorable for my parents. I can’t wait to visit myself.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay last time, so we went back again. Room given to us was old, not fully cleaned & equipped. Breakfast was great, but service was so poor at the hotel. I may not go again!!
