Great place to stay

This hotel is in a perfect location not far from the Republic Square with many museums. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms need attention. Service is good with some exceptions. Breakfast is very good. Rooftop pool is great. Overall is a good choice for vacation in Yerevan.

Classic hotel in the center of town.

We checked in at 6 pm, the room was dirty, the bathrobe and slippers were used, opened bottle of water was on the bedside table half full. We asked to change the room, reception refused saying that they’re fully booked, but when I tried to book a room with the app there were several room suggestions. We asked to cancel the booking. I moved to another hotel. Waiting for the refund.

I stayed here for four nights after a work trip to Yerevan. It is exactly what a luxury hotel should be. Amazing building, great bar, a nice chill lounge, good restaurant, and a fabtastic room with a strong, hot shower.. Bar is well stocked. Staff are friendly without being obsequious, quality is excellent without being excessive. Everything we needed, we got. Considering the price isn't that much more than any other hotel in Yerevan, it's an amazing deal. I will stay here everytime I visit yerevan in the future

Comfortable and practical

Great hotel, very wonderful hotel, we are satisfied with everything.. service is on high level, staff friendfull special thanks to breakfast staff, Sheril Karina, Grigor, and Roma the barman in lobby. Will be back to this hotel with my family in summer..

Good hotel with excellent location. The only disadvantage is the tasteless breakfasts, which is very strange for Armenia.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a dream. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant with its delicious food and excellent service. The location was perfect, close to major attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

I've been to this hotel several times; it's actually my favourite hotel in Yerevan. The location is perfect, two to five minutes away from North Avenue and Republic Square on foot. In fact, wherever you want to visit downtown is close enough. The hotel itself is very clean. Room sizes are reasonably big, and you'll have enough space. They have an incredible breakfast menu, especially the cakes, which are a work of art.

Two minor issues as a regular customer:

1. It is unacceptable for a five-star hotel to charge for fresh orange juice at breakfast.
2. The bathroom shower set and cabin are somewhat old and need renovation.

9/10 in my opinion.

Since twenty years I come in this hôtel.
All the staff is kind, friendly and attentive.
