В целом все достойно, чисто, красиво, приветливо. Но нужно обновить матрасы и подошки. Это уровень отеля 5 звезд!
Pros:

Очень красивый отель, расположенный в невероятно красивом здании! С высочайшими потолками, с колоннами!В самом центре Еревана! Персонал доброжелательный и услужливый! Отдельное спасибо за апгрейд номера предоставленный без дополнительной оплаты ( изначально номер был с видом во внутренний двор и без балкона). Номер категории делюкс с двумя двуспальными кроватями и раскладным двуспальным диваном с огромным балконом и видом на площадь!
Номер с потолками метра в 4! В номере есть все необходимое. Wi Fi отлично работает. Завтраки, как всегда в отелях этой сети прекрасные- изысканные, в красивом пространстве!

Cons:

Из минусов- это матрасы и подушки. Матрас реально очень мягкий. Я с весом в 50 кг проваливалась в яму. Поверх самого матраса лежит еще один матрас в 10 см высотой- ужасно мягкий, не держащий форму. Даже убрав его, спать было очень некомфортно. Подушки тоже не на уровне. Их было 4 на каждой кровати. Ни одна из них не удовлетворила, поскольку не держала форму.
Честно, для меня сон там был просто ужасом. Я так и не смогла найти себе комфортного положения. От этого не высыпалась совершенно. Поэтому для людей, которые имеют в приоритете качественные матрасы и подушки - это может быть существенным минусом.
Дополнительное спальное место в виде раскладного дивана тоже не на уровне данной сети. Выдвинув матрас образовывается засор в 60 см от спинки дивана, то есть дыра до пола. В нее как-то нужно засунуть несколько подушек, чтобы голова была на уровне с телом. Честно, это недостойно уровню данной сети. На этом месте спал ребенок, в принципе ему было это не особо критично, но это неуважение к гостям, я считаю.
Возможно, к минусам я бы добавила отсутствие в номере кофемашины. Во всех предыдущих посещениях данной категории номеров в этой сети отелей-кофемашина присутствовала.
В отеле нет зоны спа, сауны/хамама. Возможно, тоже бы отнесла это к минусам.

Место положения привосходное

Cons:

Очень грязный отель , с отвратительным постельным бельем оно пахнет горелым утюгом а не приятным ополаскивателем и так же не грамотным персоналом. Я заезжала на машине на парковку, мне приходилось выходить самой и открывать парковку, тк человек отсутствовал. И очень грязно было в номере и балкон не убирался не разу за время моего присутствия в отеле . Одинокий грязный барный стул одиноко стоял на балконе ((( отель не отвечает заявленным требованием .

A Truly Memorable Stay in Yerevan
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Hotel in Yerevan for two weeks as a pilot with Wizz, and it was truly an outstanding experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hospitality made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

I would especially like to highlight Aghavni, the leader of the F&B team. From my very first stay, she remembered my room number, which shows incredible attention to detail. She was always kind, professional, and smiling.

Karlen, one of the waiters, also made a big difference—he remembered my daily orders, which made me feel very valued.

Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant and welcoming experience at the hotel’s bar, as the bartenders Sergey and Artush succeeded at creating a relaxing atmosphere after me and my daughter had a long day. Their hospitality is admirable. Congrats for the professionalism to both!

Сервис

Cons:

Отель довольно старый и требует ремонта.
Номера так же требуют обновления. Пятна в номере на полу, закрывают мебелью, но все спрятать невозможно) Marriot ценился всегда своим качеством и сервисом. В этом же отеле сервис хороший , но номера уже не соответствуют высокому уровню Marriot.
По соотношению цена/качество, я бы не стал рекомендовать.
