This is a cult place and a cult main city hotel , constructed in 1958 and considered in our days as a historical monument . There are some inconveniences and quite old technical solutions which could be managed better. But the atmosphere of this place outweighs the shortcomings

The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan city center, within walking distance of all major attractions, so there is no need for a car.
The rooms are spacious, with comfortable queen- and king-size beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
I would also like to extend special thanks to Mariam and Luize for their exceptional support, particularly in arranging a late check-out and assisting with the airport transfer.
I booked a room with lounge access, which is located on the 6th floor and requires a key card for entry. Despite this, one staff member repeatedly asked for my room number every time I entered the lounge. I had already explained this to him several times, and over time it felt uncomfortable, as if I was being questioned about my presence on the floor.
Additionally, there was an issue with the towels in the bathroom, as they had an unpleasant smell, which suggests they may require better care or improved laundry handling.
