Cons:

Отель довольно старый и требует ремонта.
Номера так же требуют обновления. Пятна в номере на полу, закрывают мебелью, но все спрятать невозможно) Marriot ценился всегда своим качеством и сервисом. В этом же отеле сервис хороший , но номера уже не соответствуют высокому уровню Marriot.
По соотношению цена/качество, я бы не стал рекомендовать.

Fantastic stay in Yerevan
Pros:

Wow what an amazing Marriott property in all respects: facility, staff/service and location.

As a Bonvoy Titanium member I was upgraded to a full suite with an amazing view of Republic Square. I was a little worried about staying here based on some past reviews but I experienced zero issues, and I stayed 6 nights.

The best part of my stay was the club lounge. Luiza & Elen in the lounge were spectacular and incredibly attentive, focused on making sure my time was enjoyable and comfortable. Breakfast included not only a buffet but made-to-order eggs. The night time “evening snacks” goes from 5:30-8:00 pm and had ample food (including 3 different hot dishes) every night with free flow Armenian red and white wines and bottled beer with extended serving time til 9:30 pm every night. Wow! One of the nights the chef himself served the food and that was the night I realized how incredible the food is here at the Marriott Yerevan.

Also special mention to Eric at the bar on the main floor - bar stays open super late which was welcome since my arriving flight was after midnight.

Welcome amenity was top notch (local desserts and juice) plus turn down service every night with chocolates. Housekeeping efficient and effective.

Thanks to Qatar Airways continuing to cancel my flights out I ended up staying 3 nights longer than planned. But, as I told the front desk staff, what a great place to get stuck!

I really appreciate all the hospitality and care the staff showed to me over this extended stay. My first (and hopefully not last) visit to Armenia and the Marriott Yerevan was memorable. Would love to return someday and bring a group of friends who would surely enjoy the hospitality here as well as the access to many fine bars, restaurants and many sights easily walkable from this hotel.

Great place for sightseeing, nice atmosphere, classy rooms and stunning view on central square.
Pros:

Location is stunning, we were upgraded to Suite with Central Square view it was great, evening lights so nice especially from the balcony at lounge area. Good selection for breakfast, nice coffee, with lounge access nice to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea before going to bed.

Old TVs without internet access, very few channels

Beautiful historical soviet empire hotel
Pros:

This is a cult place and a cult main city hotel , constructed in 1958 and considered in our days as a historical monument . There are some inconveniences and quite old technical solutions which could be managed better. But the atmosphere of this place outweighs the shortcomings
