La ragazza al check-in è stata molto cortese e professionale, un ottimo primo impatto. Il letto era comodo e la camera disponeva di un balcone affacciato sul parco interno con fiori e alte palme, piacevole e rilassante.

Cons:

I dintorni lasciano a desiderare: la strada è buia e non invita a passeggiare. Il ristorante non è accessibile senza prenotazione con un certo anticipo, il che limita la flessibilità di chi arriva senza programmi definiti e non vuole cenare in camera. La colazione è il punto più debole: le uova strapazzate erano fredde anche se appena uscite dalla cucina, il personale non passa ai tavoli, non chiede se si ha bisogno di qualcosa e si avvicina solo se chiamato — un servizio piuttosto "passivo" e poco cordiale.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura non vantaggioso esattamente per questi motivi.

Fantastic. We love Hotel Isola Sacra Rome Airport!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. It is very close to the Rome airport, less than a 15-minute van ride. The area where it is located looks a little run-down, but once you pull into the hotel, it is an oasis. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeble and very friendly. They handle several problems for me with complete ease and charm. Truly world-class. The pool, restaurant, and Tiki hut bar make you think you are in paradise. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful and lush, with beautiful flowers everywhere. If you need a hotel close to the airport, this is it. Ask for a room with a balcony facing the pool and garden areas, you will love it.

Felt like we were in a resort not an “airport” hotel
Pros:

It was the perfect end to our trip. Relaxing pool and pool bar. Close to the airport for easy access for a flight the following day. Airport shuttle was handy too.

Cons:

Bathroom needs un upgrade but everything else was great.
