Pros:

Good hotel. Good location. Cafe downstairs open until 2:30am for a quick bite. Only knock o me was the casino is smoking (They do have a non smoking floor), & the table games aren't open 24/7, & close at a certain time. Good love music on both Friday/Saturday nights.

No warning the pool was closed
Pros:

I picked this hotel specifically to use the pool and hot tub. But only after I got checked in and changed and went to the did I find out it was closed for the week. Hotels.com did not have this disclosed on the website. I was not happy about this!

Pros:

Absolutely never again. Dangerous area, sketchy people roaming around outside. Valet is closed after 11 pm, so if your flight is late, or you get caught in traffic, you’ll end up having to drag your luggage over a dark crosswalk of drunk people. No security, extremely sketch. I rarely write reviews but I’d rather sleep in the car. We just left and drove another hour away and found something that was safe. STAY AWAY

My husband went to the casino and the key would not work to get back on the elevator: front desk would not let him get a new key so they had to wake me up at 2am to come downstairs to “approve” him.

I’d go back for the tub only….
Pros:

Amazing tub. But that was the extent… Several outlets in our room didn’t work. The pool was down for maintenance and that was NOT in the hotels.com listing. One light in the room didn’t work. The desk attendants were very abrupt in their speaking. Great location. Decent parking.

Pros:

The hotel and casino were very nice and well-maintained, but I was disappointed with the level of customer service. I requested a birthday balloon and was told, "We don’t do that." I also asked for a late check-out and was met with, "She ain't doing that today." The staff came off as unaccommodating and dismissive, which really took away from what could have been a great experience. A little more friendliness and flexibility would go a long way.

Pros:

We stayed for a surgery. The staff was very helpful! The only problem was a very outdated TV. I call the desk and a young man came very quickly and fixed it and showed me how to turn on and off by hand!
