Cons:

Location was not so comfortable-not in proximity to the city centre and main sights of Paris. Air conditioning was not working in the room in cooling mode. Reception has been informed couple of times and their reply was that now it has been too early to transfer the A/C in the whole building to cooling mode, because it is centralized system. Outside temperature was 25-27 degrees and in the room was really sunny and hot. I believe that NOBODY even bothered to have a look and inspect the problem. Me and my family were not feeling comfortable at all, had to sleep with the windows opened and had to listen to the traffic noise and whining sirens of police cars whole night. Hand wash soap in the bathroom was not refilled for the whole duration of stay. Breakfast was poor and coffee quality was really bad. Definately I do not recommend!!!

Cons:

L'emplacement médiocre, pas vraiment pour les touristes. Quartier nul avec des SDF et le métro est loin ! L'hôtel a vraiment besoin de rénovation !

Pros:

The room was spacious and cleaned every day but lots of dark hair in the bathroom.

Cons:

The Hotel is in a very poor location! It’s a lot of homeless people around. It looked very dirty and smelly around. Rats were running around the car park opposite to the hotel.
There is no proper reception downstairs either. No bar. The breakfast service in the morning looked like a canteen. The food wasn’t great either.

War OK für ein Mal, das nächste Mal zahlen wir lieber ein wenig mehr und nähern uns dem Zentrum
Pros:

+ günstig für eine 4 köpfige Familie
+ Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Nächte, da wir nicht viel Zeit dort verbracht haben

Cons:

- die Lage ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen
- sehr sehr dreckig rund ums Hotel
- am Wochenende ist der Markt gegenüber auf dem Parkplatz: sehr laut früh am Morgen

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas agréable… on nous aboie dessus pour nous demander notre numéro de chambre. Dommage.

Pros:

Pokój mega przestronny, osobno toaleta, osobno łazienka z wanną oraz prysznicem.
Mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, nawet mała słodycz.
Śniadanie - przepyszne. Naprawdę nie ma na co marzekać. Pieczywo, płatki, kiełbaski, warzywa, wędliny, sery, jajecznica itd.

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Het personeel is vriendelijk. De parkeergarage onder het hotel is erg fijn.

Cons:

Het is echt te warm om de kamer. Zelfs op 2 mei was het al geen doen. We hebben alle dekbedden eruit getrokken en met het raam open geslapen (wat herrie geeft).
De kussens waren hard.
Qua ligging ben je zo bij de metro en dus is het centrum direct bereikbaar. Maar de markt tegenover het hotel is druk en viezig. Het is niet de beste wijk van Parijs...

Pros:

Ruime kamer.
Kamer was wel net.
Gelukkig was de kamer netjes.

Cons:

Wou een ontspannen bad nemen maar was niet mogelijk want water zat vol brokken, stopcontact in de badkamer werkte niet. De rest van het hotel was VUIL. Ontbijt liep ook niet zoals gepland, heel chaotisch, voortdurend moeten wachten op producten die ontbraken en als je iets vroeg werd je afgesnauwd. Airco werkte ook niet echt.
