The room had a proper Air-conditioning system unlike the other Novotel in St Denis paris

Cons:

You could tell the room was only cleaned from top surface. As you draw the curtains you could see dust flaking around.. A fluff of dust on widow top of lamp stand
The mini fridge was empty , No hair conditioner or body lotion or shower cap and no complimentary water bottles were offered even in the heat wave Paris wss in.. That for me for a 4 star hotel really discounting
When arrived on 1st day there was a dead cockroch on floor

Very disappointing, especially being a partner Novotel hotel

Very poorly managed property, was very surprised Novotel has this listed as a partner hotel
