Novotel Suites Paris Montreuil Vincennes

We drive around for 90 mins trying to get to the hotel entrance, a market was on that was blocking the road to the hotel. plus road works.
I called the Novotel booking line, they said I had to call Booking.com. They then told me to call Novotel again and get the hotels direct number. We called +33 1 49 93 88 98 numerous times to know answer. In the end we had no choice but to give up and book somewhere else. True to form, we were charged full rate off my card. Shame because I’d stayed there twice previously.

Niestety, okolica nie sprawia wrażenia bardzo bezpiecznej. Na ogólnodostępnym parkingu przed hotelem przez 3 dni koczowało w autach kilka rodzin bezdomnych a w weekend rozstawiło się gwarne targowisko rodem z bliskiego wschodu zajmując całą powierzchnię placu.

Every place it's 30 minutes or 25 minutes far away from hotel only i dont like location otherwise everything is perfact

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience whenever we asked for assistance.

The room was poorly maintained and lacked basic supplies. Essential items were either missing or not replenished during our stay, and housekeeping standards were below what I would expect. For the price paid, the level of service and attention to detail was unacceptable.

Overall, the customer service was poor, the room was not properly stocked, and the experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Although the flea market opposite the Hotel was open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday the streets lining were very busy with people selling old goods and police intercepting potentially illegal sellers.
The taxi from Porte de Maiilot AeroBus stop took 60 euros so watch out for these taxis

Obras a todo alrededor. Tuvimos que dar una gran vuelta para llegar a pie.

Habitación muy usada, necesita una pequeña reforma, dos ascensores, aunque hay tres tardan mucho, la zona no es nada buena, está justo frente donde hacen un mercadillo los sábados domingo lunes la gente textualmente vive en la calle , obligatorio, coger garaje, esta última obligatorio en cualquier zona de París. De todas formas, en París hay que ponerse de una zona a otra aunque la ubicación no es perfecta pero calidad precio está muy bien

Die Umgebung des Hotels hat uns persönlich weniger angesprochen und wir würden die Unterkunft eher für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder als Zwischenstopp empfehlen als für einen längeren Paris-Urlaub.

Douch kapot en oud. Tapijt in de kamer niet echt schoon. Harde bedden.

Sin duda, la ubicación es lo peor. Espero que las obras de reforma y reurbanización que se estaban realizando cuando fuimos mejoren el entorno y acaben con el asentamiento irregular de personas en furgonetas estacionadas en el solar de aparcamiento situado frente al hotel en el que se monta un mercadillo los fines de semana. La calle no debería ser un lugar para dormir para nadie y las autoridades locales deberían tomar medidas.

Il n’y a pas de Clim c’est une ventilation. Dans la chambre il fait 26.
L’hôtel est placé proche d’un bidon ville, c’est très très sale avec un marché au puce au pied de l’hôtel. Le bruit est insupportable. A 7h du matin, on est réveillé par des bruits de marteau.
