Need more parking or to at least make ppl park correctly which means a random security check so all guest can park.

The place was clean and very nice the kitchen lady was very nice and wonderful and the front desk check in and out was good very helpful

Room was clean however smelled like mold. The property on the outside kept poorly. On check in and during check out groups of people hanging out in the lobby that did not have reservations there almost like the staffs family members. I do not recommend due to safety concerns.

Our stay wasn’t the best. The property is pretty run down, but not the worst. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke but the front desk provided some air freshener. We found a lot of pubic hair around and in the shower left from the previous guest not cleaned by staff. Our shower also was left unclean with a used bar of bath soap on the ledge spreckled with more of the short hairs. Pretty gross. Other than that the staff was very nice at least, wouldn’t book here again over other options unless it gets cleaned more thoroughly.

When we got to our room it was extremely humid/damp and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling. I mean so damp that everything was wet. There were no other rooms available so we had to stay in that room. The maintenance person did come by to check on the ceiling leak but he was not able to get access to the room above us due to the people being out. The next day we asked for another room but they were fully booked. The staff did provide a dehumidifier and that helped a ton. Sadly that was short-lived, the air conditioner broke the next night. Thankfully they finally had a room available and we changed rooms. Facilities were not the best but the staff were great.

The tv hasn’t had any signal for about an hour . Cuz of the rain . There was no extra trash bags . It was very average.

Cockroach’s in my room the hotel has a smell in it, light went out in the bathroom first night!! Could never get paper towels

Do NOT stay here. I was hoping and under the impression that this location would hold up the Hilton name . I have stayed at multiple home 2 suites and experienced such a horrible stay. I had 3 rooms. All of which smelled of smoke upon entering. One of the rooms had to be changed because of no AC and dirty bed sheets and sticky floors.

The toilet was clogged and had to call maintenance in the other room as well as the door having to be SHOVED open after using key card.

The third room shower had no water pressure and the shower was dirty.

If all of that wasn’t enough the property over charged the price per room even though I booked through hotels.com and then claimed they couldn’t print me a breakdown of costs. I have contacted hotels.com and expect a refund. The manager didn’t even come outside. The people at the desk wouldn’t constantly go in the back and hide.

To top it all off the breakfast is TRASH. Spongy and watery egg omelets with dry sausage. Barely any selection of bread . They had a container of cheese slices that seemed like they had been sitting there for days. It was early in the morning and they ran out of creamer and when we asked the lady said they ran out . She also ran out of all the fruit which to begin with was next to nothing.

The lady behind in charge of that area clearly didn’t want to be there . They had a huge trash can parked right next to the tables where we were eating and there were flies all around .

I will never ever go there again .

Overall, ok

The property was clean and quiet and decently priced. There are dining options close by. However, the front desk night person wasnt willing to help when we called down to ask for a blanket for the pullout. The housekeeping staff was lined in the hallway well after 6pm which is odd. There were also sleeping bags and pillows in the breakfast area, like someone was staying there. Breakfast was no good as most option were limited and cold and didnt have the proper heating cases. We went to the aheets across the street. Its unacceptable to pay for breakfast and it not be standard temperature, also a violation of food safety. I probably wouldn't stay again

Suite was perfect for a couple days for a wedding. Easy location to get on and off of 70 and plenty of shopping and dining in the area. Walmart is a 2 minute drive away along with the restaurants.

Tasha was the nighttime receptionist who checked us In.She was awesome, kind courteous, professional; as was the whole staff. We had a great stay for the two nights we were there. Peaceful and relaxing June 28-30 2025

Having kitchenette in room and breakfast options were good
