We loved Colorado and its little villages.
Pros:

Everything is closer the hotel. The main cities are also closer the hotel.

Cons:

When we arrived we felt a smell of damp but the room was ok

Pros:

Awesome breakfast. The outdoor hot tub was out of service. This was disappointing because that's why we chose it. Also, the first room they sent us to was not cleaned yet. This was a simple mixup that they fixed right away.

Dead rodent in hot tub. Terrible staff

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. Bathrooms were dirty. While our kids were in the hot tub a dead rodent floated out of the skimmer. Staff took awhile to deal with it and are first tried to just push it back into the skimmer before just scooping it out and throwing it over the fence. They did nothing to clean the hot tub after that. Extremely disgusting place.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were worn out. Bath tub faucet was broke. Bunk beds were terrible.
