Bit of a strange vibe with people basically living there
Pros:

This hotel is a dormitory for people working in the area, some of them apparently long term.

We loved Colorado and its little villages.
Pros:

Everything is closer the hotel. The main cities are also closer the hotel.

Pros:

Awesome breakfast. The outdoor hot tub was out of service. This was disappointing because that's why we chose it. Also, the first room they sent us to was not cleaned yet. This was a simple mixup that they fixed right away.
