Stay was great.
Pros:

All of the staff are incredibly friendly, I booked it for a late valentine’s celebration and the staff did everything they could to make it special for us. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spotless. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Totally amazing hotel in the heart of London ❤️
Pros:

EVERYTHING! This was one of the best all round hotels I have ever stayed in. The experience ( and it was an experience) was second to none. The breakfast was wonderful. Brilliant choice, fresh juices, lovely pastries.

The staff were outstanding. Shout out to Amber, Kristina, Jay and the amazing doorman Thomas!!!!( I hope I have all the names right).. and Matthew your specialist French polisher and restoration guy!

The environment overall was a joy. The room was clean and cozy, the bathroom was well appointed. If you had forgotten anything the hotel would happily provide it.

Don’t miss the cozy fire area! Great for a cup of tea and a book or chat.

This is a great hotel for everyone. I was using it as a business base and it worked really well!

Social hour 5-6 with a complimentary drink is highlighted upon arrival and worth a visit!

Oh one more terribly important thing….. don’t miss the best Risotto you will ever have in the restaurant!

Sticky Toffee pudding also amazing!

I was genuinely sad to check out!

Lovely room in walking distance of museums galleries and restaurants
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room with great shower

Cons:

Tv only had free view channels and was difficult to work. Would have been good to have been able to mirror our phones or log into Netflix

Pros:

Fino, lindo, chique. Melhor cama da vida, lençóis maravilhosos. Banho também bom. Café da manhã tem tudo não tem como não gostar. E da melhor qualidade.

Cons:

O chuveiro molha um pouco do lado de fora.e o quarto é pequeno, mas era esperado.

It was fine, but probably won’t return.
Pros:

The building is very pretty and the sticky toffee pudding is amazing.

Cons:

Our room was a family room, but still quite small (even by European standards). And our toilet didn’t work the best. I also don’t love that they automatically add a 5% gratuity on top of your room bill - this adds up fast. And on top of that they still automatically include service charges and gratuities on all your room service and restaurant expenses. I am happy to tip, but this felt over the top.
