Room very cramped.
Restaurant very poor. The lady taking our meal order misheard me despite me repeating my order. I ordered a side dish of chips ($10) and instead received pork chops ($42). I therefore paid for a much higher cost meal than what I had ordered, which I consider exceptionally poor service and value for money.
Unfortunately, I would not contemplate a return visit or recommending this hotel to anyone else.

Linett from your Receptions Staff was fantastic and so was the chap on Monday afternoon made our booking in and out hassle free. Thank them both.
Breakfast was also good and one of your chefs even told me how to prepare the mushrooms, very enjoyable.
The cleaning of the bathroom lower panels, and the distance between the bathroom floor and room floor is a very large hazard for elderly or persons with mobility issues.
Location was convenient and reasonably priced, although I note that direct booking would have saved a few dollars.
It's good to see the restaurant and bar has reopened.

The location was convenient, and the first lady who answered my call and the lady who helped me check-in were friendly and helpful.
However, the experience afterwards was extremely frustrating.
When I checked in, I specifically asked about getting invoices separated under two different invoice titles. The staff member at reception clearly told me this could be arranged and that I would receive the invoices after check-out.
Before leaving, the front desk asked me for additional information, which I wrote down on a note, and again I was told the invoices would be sent to me immediately.
Now it has been 4 days since I checked out and I still have not received anything.
I called again after waiting 4 days, and the male staff member who answered sounded like he did not want to help at all after I received the uncorrect invoices. Before I even finished speaking or had a chance to say thank you, he transferred me straight to the accounts department.
Then the lady from accounts, who said she was the manager, told me that her staff “do not understand the policy properly” and that I should contact Booking.com myself for the invoice.
This is extremely frustrating because I have been told completely different stories by different staff members.
If your policy is that invoices must come from Booking.com, why was I not told this from the very beginning when I checked in? If someone had simply explained this clearly at the start, I would have contacted Booking.com immediately and none of this would have wasted my time.
Instead, your staff repeatedly assured me that the hotel could handle it, only for the manager later to say the staff “don’t know the policy well.” Honestly, hearing a manager say that about their own staff does not inspire confidence at all.
The issue is not just the invoice itself — it is the poor communication, inconsistent information, and the unfriendly attitude I experienced when trying to resolve something very simple.
I have never had such a bad experience before, especially with a manager openly saying that not all staff members understand the company’s policies properly.
