Location was good... Dinner was a disappointment... Bed and pillow wasn't comfortable enough...
Should have extra pillows in the room... Food could have more favour and more ingredients in the food...

The room had thick dust on skirting boards and dust in the bathroom. Needs a good proper clean/vacuum

Room change at the reception )they made the change not us)meant they had not prepared the room, we had to ask to towels, pillows, mugs, the original room was a pet friendly one….we didn’t take a pet or want a room that had a pet in it ewww
Breakfast was good as was the location. Reception staff polite very friendly most helpful.
Bar staff & restaurant/Breakfast staff very unfriendly & unhelpful and quite rude at times.
The hotel was very dirty, the beds were uncomfortable the toilet had a black ring around it under the seat

Rubbish left in room. Milk spilt and frozen through fridge that we had to clean. Alarm call at 5am not requested. Tea and coffee not replenished.

Check in staff were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs a full refurb. It is dark and oppressive. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke, which permeates into the bedrooms.

Room was fine and bed comfy. It was good to have a sheet and a quilt.
The room was a bit hot and there was a moth in the room. It was also noisy outside and noisy with people leaving early etc but expected as it is a hotel for travellers. Probably not somewhere to stay for a long period.
This was the second time I stayed here and I really enjoyed it once again.
The room is simple but just what you need. A very comfy bed, a sofa, very clean bathroom area, great shower pressure and fridge & kettle.
The front desk staff were incredle when I cheked in and out. So helpful and friendly.
So convenient to the Domestic too.
I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.
