Love best western hotels, will not stay at the Newark location again

The address is wrong in the website and there is no clear sign to direct you to the hotel. Even with gps it took us about 2 hours driving around before we finally found the hotel. It is located away from the main road. Sort of hidden

Clean, comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Close to airport if you need to stay nearby as I did. Comfortable bed and facility were good. Restaurant down stairs made it easy to grab something to eat after arriving from a long flight. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport was quick and super convenient.

Cons:

Just to note, getting an uber from the airport was tricky as the route provided was incorrect (seems like there were changes in the area that were not updated on maps). See if you can get the complimentary shuttle to the accommodation as well.

Grote, schone kamer op 10 minuten van EWR Airport met gratis 24/7 luchthavenshuttle.
Pros:

Dichtbij EWR vliegveld. Shuttle om 4:00u, dus echt 24/7. Restaurant/bar was prima voor een avondje. Aardige mensen. Kamer was heel schoon en zeer ruim.

Cons:

De omgeving biedt verder helemaal niets, zonder taxi, niet ff lekker een rondje lopen.

Fantastic, newly renovated, but tucked away.
Pros:

The new fitout at this hotel looks great, with a mix of materials and textures used to give it a great vibe. The room sizes are fantastic.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the amount of choices for a main course in the dining room. It tended to cater more for light meals and snacks. Breakfast was only available from a kiosk type area, which again didn't offer very much in traditional breakfast options. I chose bacon and scrambled eggs, but was really shocked to find it had been cooked in the microwave?
Service in both areas was fantastic and very friendly, just need to up their game on the food.

מאוד התרכזבתי מהשהייה בייחוד מאחר שבחרתי אותו במחשבה שקל להגיע ממנו לתחנת הרכבת של שדה התעופה.

הצוות היה ידידותי וניסה לעזור ככל יכולתו. החדר היה גדול ומרווח.

Cons:

ראשית, אין אפשרות להגיע מהמלון לתחנת הרכבת, על אף שהיא קרובה מאוד למלון. צריך לקחת שאטל לשדה התעופה ומשם airtrain.
החדר היה רועש, המקרר השמיע קולות מוזרים כמה כמה דקות ושמעו את כל האנשים שצעדו במסדרון. נשמעו גם קולות מחוץ לחדר כמו רכבות, מכוניות וכו'. החדר גם היה חם מדי ולא ניתן היה לפתוח את החלון.
השאטל משדה התעופה עובד כך שצריך להתקשר לקבלה ולבקש שהוא יבוא לאסוף אותך מהשדה, וזה עלול לבזבז זמן.
