Pros:

Right price versus quality ratio.

Cons:

Shuttles from the airport to the hotel at night were not very frequent compared to more expensive hotels such as Marriott and Holiday Inn

Pros:

Recently renovated, nice & friendly staff.

Cons:

There’s no soundproofing between the rooms, which makes it difficult to sleep.
The room next to ours was quite noisy, and it seems to be echoing in our room.
We had to call security by midnight to ask them to be quiet, but it ruined our chance to get some rest before our flight.

Definitely a high 4/5 star hotel. Very nice and impressed.
Pros:

The property was so nice and modern. The decor makes it even better. Everything was soo clean and comfortable. This has been one of the best hotels in a while. And we were able to buy surfsides from the cooler at 1am which was very nice.

Cons:

I was charged more than stated for parking. Communication needs to be better and accurate.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time.

The floor of the room had some black stuff on it....it got all over everything. I think the floors should be washed more between customers
