I encourage you to stay here!
Pros:

It was first class! This hotel was the best out of 5 we went to on our Vacation. The foyer was breathtaking. The room was plush and comfortable and the bathroom was large and amazing.

Great location, friendly service and amazing facilities.
Pros:

The friendly service and beautiful hotel. The mattress was the perfect blend of firm and softness. The sheets were soft. I don’t always sleep well in hotels and I slept like a baby.

Greatest location for an upscale stay with a good price
Pros:

Great location, close to ETSU and restaurants. Great upscale restaurant at the hotel. Coffee was complimentary in the front lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fancy stately feel. Beautiful lamps and vintage furniture. Double sinks in the bathroom was an extra perk!

Cons:

No laundry facility in site. Shower was a corner triangle shower, when there was plenty of room for a full, but it was clean.

Our stay was wonderful and will definitely return.
Pros:

I loved the entire hotel. The music and design of the hotel made myself and my husband feel like we were in the 1930’s.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was there were never any pool towels. There was no sign suggesting where the towels were located. I think at least two pool towels should be put in all the rooms.

Absolutely Worth It!
Pros:

I love this hotel. We stay here every time we have a baseball tournament in Johnson City. It’s beautiful, timeless, clean, great staff, just 10/10 recommend.

Outstanding stay very pretty and architectural old-school feel
Pros:

Property was very well kept and clean, polite, courteous staff, and efficient

Cons:

Only complaint as the beds were way too soft for me felt like I was in a hole while sleeping i'm used to a very firm mattress
