Always a great experience staying at the Carnegie and using the Spa services.

Cons:

The only complain I would have is the beds. They are not very comfortable at all.

Super comfortable beds, great location
Pros:

VERY comfortable beds, great location right next to ETSU. Staff are welcoming and helpful - the hotel is older but has been well cared for.

Beautiful but not restful
Pros:

Impressive hotel with its old charm beauty.

Cons:

Tub leaked so bath was useless. Not sure if it was our specific room but we could hear running water in a pipe all night in the wall or above the room. Air conditioning/heater would only go so high yet room was still freezing. To turn it off it wanted a code we didn’t have.
