We loved it and will always stay at The Carnegie when the occasion calls for an overnight in JC.
Pros:

Room was larger than expected and bathroom was huge! Bedding comfortable, everything elegant and tidy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will very likely make it our go-to when visiting Johnson City!
Pros:

Surprisingly authentic era boutique hotel, located near ETSU, downtown, and our grandson. While we did not eat there, the restaurant was first class, the bar well-stocked, and the beers cold. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Turning left.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.
Pros:

We loved our room, it was large and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was helpful and quickly added a crib to our room when we made the request, same for when we asked for more towels. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

super clean...that's the most important aspect for us!

Cons:

As a rewards member, it's nice to get a complimentary water bottle or two at check in or in the room...especially for jacked up weekend rates of $190/night

Just Relaxing with no slip ups
Pros:

The property was beautiful and so clean! The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

The spa is also wonderful! The sauna was bliss!
