I was only there for one night but it was a really convenient location right off the interstate. Smelled good and was really clean. Breakfast consisted of a huge selection.

Was denied early check in with vague reason. Had to change rooms due to TV remote; black staining on wall near couch.
Check in was very easy, personable, friendly. Morning breakfast server is efficient, very friendly and accommodating. She appreciated a tip claiming she never really is offered one!!

Super service and kind personell
Check-In and check out were easy. The reason I gave four stars instead of was because we had to go down to the first floor to get ice instead of having an ice machine on each floor.
Room smelled moldy, slow check in and key cards didn’t work when got to the room. Room needed maintenance/updates.
Staff were all nice, however, there was a flowery fragrance being pumped throughout the lobby and throughout the hallways which wafted into the room. We caught whiffs of pet smells in the hallways so we believe that it was to cover up pet odors. It was horrible for us since we suffer from fragrance allergies. We were offered to change rooms only. They would not let us change to a different Holiday Inn that was within a few miles. Very disappointing and made for a very uncomfortable stay. This was definitely an older property with need of refreshing.
