The location was good. Breakfast was wonderful.

Clean, convenient and helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Staff was very friendly, and special thanks to Clarissa who helped me with a mistake I made on our reservation. Very enjoyable stay.

Would Stay There Again!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and efficient. Many great choices for breakfast. We were there for a week and our room was cleaned every day. We loved the cat! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay there, hopefully longer next time.

Exceptional service with a genuine smile…
Pros:

Clarissa and her staff continue to meet and excel in the delivery of customer service.Despite my last minute work demands, Clarissa wasted no time in assuring me that she would reserve me a room…and that she did…I apologized for positioning her in a difficult conundrum but her smile was a force to reckon with…she was cordial and professional and even handed me a snack bag so I could snack on while I enjoyed my stay and clean and fresh sheets…great job for providing me with a very clean room!!!

Terrible
Pros:

Customer service was horrible. We had a very annoying situation with the “pet policy”. Rosa and Jesus called multiple times stating that our dog was barking and it wasn’t true. We also asked to the housekeeping and they stated they didn’t hear it. So we had to leave when we where getting food to pick up the dog. They where very rude and we had an awful situation during our vacation because of this. If you don’t want to have pets in the hotel don’t accept it from the beginning.
