Mas Candille is an iconic hotel on the French Riviera, completely redesigned by Hugo Toro, it's a unique and privileged destination for families and friends.

The hotel offers 46 room and suites, 2 restaurant and bars including one with a pool, and a 500sqm Spa by Clarins with another 82 foot heated indoor outdoor pool. A 100sqm orangeraie has been added in order to welcome business and festive events as well as a kids club during summer.

Far from a retreat, Mas Candille is a bubble, a lively venue where you can share moments of life, as in a beautiful family home between sea and mountains.

Pros:

Le lieu a été refait mais est resté très authentique et très beau, il y a 2 piscines, ce qui est agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est un des mieux que j’ai pu faire!
Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Parenthèse enchantée, hors du temps.
L'établissement offre une atmosphère de calme et de sérénité absolue.
Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est d'une extrême bienveillance et les prestations sont à la hauteur du lieu.
Mention spéciale pour les cours de yoga et pilates et les deux magnifiques piscines.
Un havre de paix idéal pour se ressourcer à Mougins.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Prachtig hotel, buitengewoon interieur. Zwak service niveau
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig, het exterieur is zeer mooi maar bovenal het interieur is zeer smaakvol! Locatie op loopafstand van het schattige dorpje Mougins.

Cons:

De service van het bedienende personeel was zeer slecht. Hoewel ze vriendelijk zijn en het proberen, is het service niveau geen 5 sterren. Het personeel is niet assertief in het verlenen van service en er is geen duidelijke manager of leidinggevende in de restaurants om het personeel aan te sturen. Je merkt dat het personeel geen goede opleiding heeft waardoor zij erg zoekende zijn en niet goed weten wat ze moeten doen. Orders worden vergeten waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Na te hebben aangegeven dat ze onze order vergeten zijn wordt deze nogmaals opgenomen door de ober, en vervolgens wordt deze opnieuw vergeten. Nu zijn wij in principe erg makkelijke en vergevingsgezinde gasten, maar tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten gebeurde het niet correct doorvoeren van bestellingen eigenlijk bij ieder ontbijt, lunch en diner. Dat is natuurlijk wel kwalijk.

Bij het zwembad wordt geen service verleend. Je zou willen dat het personeel vraagt of je wat wil drinken maar dit gebeurt niet.

Bij het ontbijt moet je bij betalen voor opties zoals vers rood fruit. Dat vind ik ook niet passend voor een vijf sterren hotel.
