Nice room and amenities. Beds comfortable. Breakfast area large compared to some. Many places to charge devices. Next door to casino.
Arranged reservations for approximately 22 rooms for our group - arrived on a hot day - lobby and hallways were extremely warm which snowballed other issues. Stayed at other hotels during this same wk when outdoor temperatures were hot and did not experience this problem at other hotels. Front desk did not show any effort to giving out water etc. Felt sorry for the hotel house cleaners. Did not open the pool up early for guest.
The hotel is okay and our room was huge. The heavy drapes don't entirely close so there are parking lights visible all night. The main problem was that the AC wasn't working. The lobby thermostat was reading 83 degrees and the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways were blasting very hot air. My estimate was the hallway was over 86 degrees. We had to put a towel at the base of the door in an effort to keep some of the hot air out. The bathroom was very warm and the room, with the AC set to 66 the thermostat read 78 degrees. We understand that it was very hot but we expect to be able to have a room cool enough to allow sleep. Management seemed indifferent. Other hotels seem to manage operating in hot climates.

The room was good/clean, a little noisy. The breakfast was a little lacking - not a fan of turkey sausage and egg white omelets, lol. The entrance was tricky to find,

The breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast. There was nothing good or bad that would make it stand out.
There wasn't any specific thing I didn't like. I just felt that nothing was exceptional to make it better than other free hotel breakfast I've had.
Our room was very clean, and very comfortable. We only had a short day, but it was pleasant.

the bathroom was not easy for a handicap person,
the doors to the bathroom would not stay closed, no bars to hang on especially with wet floor

The room was very clean and the staff allowed us to get in early as we were attending a 4:30 wedding and needed to change and shower.
The breakfast was delicious and hot. Can't ask for more!
