Pros:

The bed was very commutable and the bathroom was lovely.

Cons:

It is not right in the water as much of the marketing material suggests. It looks down over some very unattractive buildings. The satellite beach area and restaurant was closed and not accessible at all. It is not in a location that is convenient to walk to and from Rapallo. A very busy street with no crosswalk must be crossed to access the hotel by foot. The food was mediocre.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels de Rapallo
Pros:

Absolument tout : le lieu, les services proposés (service de navette, bagagiste, mini-bar inclus, piscine et spa), le personnel est tout simplement formidable et vous garantie un séjour paisible !
Toujours souriant, disponible et présent pour vous aider, c'était vraiment très agréable !

Le petit déjeuner est parfaitement complet, frais, des produits fait maison, et des spécialités locales.

L'hôtel et surtout le personnel m'a permis de passer un séjour reposant et déconnectant en étant au petit soin !

L'hotel était mieux que ce que j'ai pu imaginer !
Un grand merci pour ce fabuleux séjour !

Cons:

A szállást a meghirdetettnél később tudtuk elfoglalni.
Hosszasan kellett folytatni a vizet, amíg meleg víz érkezett a csapból.
Takarítók túl gyakori rendrakása zavaró volt (pl. eltettük a szekrénybe a felesleges párnákat, elhagytuk a szobát és mire visszaértünk, újra mind ki volt pakolva az ágyra vagy pizsamák egymásra pakolása).
A kis erkélyre hiányzott kis ülő alkalmatosság.

Stunning hotel, exceptional service, outstanding food at La Coupole—an unforgettable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, with exceptional service and excellent spa facilities. The food at La Coupole was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that every restaurant and bar bill included a suggested tip, which felt a bit misleading and out of place—especially in Italy, where tipping isn’t typically expected, even in a luxury hotel in Liguria

Спокойный и размеренный отдых
Pros:

Просторный номер. Приятный персонал. Очень красивый вид с террасы ресторана. Уединенное расположение отеля. Все очень понравилось!

Cons:

Немного удалено от центра Рапалло, надо пройтись пешком. Много людей на завтраке и персонал не всегда успевает принести напитки.
