Replace the beds!
Pros:

Spent one night for a wedding we attended and flew in just in time to get ready so we did not have time to request a different room. The bed was completely sunken! It seemed like many others who were staying for the event had the same complaint. Hot water was not hot and it took a long time to get just warm water. I specified a room near a stairwell but was given a room at the end of a hall near the fitness center not near an exit.
Room was clean and large (corner room). No safe or microwave but it did have a refrigerator which we did not use. A/c blows directly onto bed. No waters offered at check in or in the room which would have been nice. They were generous though in extending our check out as we had a later flight out. Not sure I would stay again given the number of other hotels in the area.

Customer service matters
Pros:

I like this hotel very much and went there for the 4th time last weekend.
We were looking forward to it as this time our son was joining us. Once again we booked a corner room to enjoy the view.
As a Marriott Elite member for many years, I was hoping to get a high floor room.
Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a smaller lower room. Seems that some mix up happened.
As we had the proof of booking, we finally got our corner room but at a low level and therefore without the same view as we had before (27th floor)
During our interaction with the front desk, I did not feel that you were apologetic about the situation. On the contrary.
That said, we enjoyed a very good breakfast at the restaurant on the day of the departure, so thank you for that.
