Good location, free shuttle service to airport but bad service from bell service
Pros:

Good location, Comfortable beds, free coffee, free shuttle to the airport

Cons:

I am not sure if he is from the bell service or in house staff a man with name plate is rude when we use the trolley. When he said if we need help with our luggages, I said we can handle it. He rudely told us to return at once the trolley and gave a bad look to me. As if I will take it away. That should not be the attitude of a hotel staff. We are checking in and of course we do not have our room keys during that time and have to check in first before we can put our luggages inside the room.

Comfortable, pleasant stay.
Pros:

Airport shuttle good addition to the stay. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, food choice, although limited was reasonable quality.

Cons:

Chairs in the room could have been better, To access the safe you had to go down on your kness, would have been better if it was at waist height.

So glad we decided to stay here overnight for our 7:30 am flight out of JFK. The shuttle service made all the difference

Perfect for an early flight from JFK.
Staff were welcoming and efficient even though it was very late in the day when we checked in.

Cons:

I assume most of the customers use this hotel as a convenient night between flights. I was disappointed that no early breakfast options were available. I would suggest a simple breakfast with hot tea or coffee would suit most people.

disappointing
Pros:

the shuttle was terrible and though i was departing from terminal 4 , the driver refused to drop me at departure and i was dropped literally to a place for cargo and i was absolutely alone in the entire place and in that rush to check in , took me apprx 8-10mins to get to my departure terminal .

I was really happy with my stay. Very comfortable and accommodating.
