Friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Due to an airline ticket change, I needed to spend a night near JFK. I chose this based on location, price, and the fact that it had breakfast and a free shuttle. While the room itself was a bit shabby, it was clean. And the friendliness of the staff more than made up for the out-of-date feeling of the building. Special kudos to the woman serving breakfast in the restaurant (whose name I forgot to write down) as well as George Davis, the shuttle driver, who was so helpful and friendly. If I ever get stuck at JFK in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The convenience. It is close to the airport. The transportation from and to the hotel was great. Everyone was very polite. The hotel was clean and food was good

Good location but very noisy guests who need to be more considerate of others needing to sleep

Cons:

Better selection of food in the restaurant.
Somewherre quiet to use the internet and printer. The printer would no work until I who do not think of otherrs trying to slep. Corridors need to be quiet. I was woken frequently got the staff to help. It was in a really noisy area and very difficult to concentrate. It needs to be in a quiet room and not at Bar height as I could not reach the keyboard since I have a standing disability and need to sit.

Perfect for between our flights. We didn't have long but I slept so well
Pros:

A wonderful comfy bed

Cons:

The telephones did not work. I had no mobile so had no way of informing the hotel we needed a shuttle bus and it was -15 outside. Had to go outside and thankfully there was someone willing to call them for me.
