Staff, parking, view, pool
Thought we were getting a king bed in a separate room from the living room. That was not so. Carpet is stained, and floor is super unlevel underneath. Maid service didn't bother tidying up the room. The lighted mirror in the bathroom flickers so badly, I thought I was in a Resident Evil™ movie. It's pretty far from anything. There are no shelves for toiletries in the shower. The toilet leaks, has a tiny round bowl (c'mon people, elongated is the only way to go. I thought we were passed the oppressive round bowl era), and is old. I'm talking 3 gal per flush old. Definitely over priced for what we got.
Excellent location on the river. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Good value. Pet friendly with no added fees.
We’ve stayed there before and like the location. Was fairly quiet.
The bed was awful! It was broken down and my husband kept rolling off.
It was nice and clean and the staff was awesome

No breakfast, no coffee in the room, could hear everything sound from the room next door! Terrible.
Location and surreal beautiful views
Nothing lol
the location is great, i like the view of the river big parking area--- being able to buy beer at front desk
the extremely soft mattress caused alot of back pain and could not sleep half the nite it would also be nice if the bar stayed open later and my wife really wanted to go hot tub but was closed, for the price we paid to stay there the hot tub should have been open, next time we go to post falls we are going to call around first and see who has a hot tub
I was here several years ago and loved it. This time not so much. The bed was comfortable is about the only good thing about it.
To start with no one was around at check in, I waited 15 minutes til someone showed up. Got to the room and there is a whole counter top with no coffee pot. The glass and spinner for the microwave was in the sink on that counter, refrigerator handle was broken and fridge was barely cold, burn mark on carpet where someone had let an iron sit long enough to burn a perfect impression into carpet, paint in the bathroom was bubbled and peeling, toilet was making an awful noise when flushing and then to top it all off, I’m not sure if they had just pulled comforter out of the dryer and didn’t realize it was still damp but it was literally was damp. After spending a day out in the rain kinda didn’t think I would come into a room as damp as the outdoors that day. Th en went to get ice from second floor ice machine and it had none, I’m not sure if it was even plugged in. For as nice as this place used to be, it has done a complete flip to the opposite.
Terrible WiFi had to ask for linens and soap,
Location!
Older, needs some TLC.
Room was clean. Nice view of the river.
Minimal amenities in room. Haven't stayed in a hotel in YEARS that didn't have a coffee maker in room. Brought my tea bags but there was no cup I could use. I could have used the microwave but still had no cup. I also expected a patio or balcony that we could sit at (that was a big part of why we chose this hotel.) We had a door that opened to a small space (less than half a kitchen table) that was outside but it was filthy and didn't have space for a chair. So my dream of spending the warm evening (on our 40th wedding anniversary) sitting outside and talking and watching the river was a BUST. Sat in our small room and were able to look at the river through the window. Hotel needed some outside public space that was available to their guests. Nothing served for breakfast at all and we thought we were going to get a coupon for eating at the restaurant but that didn't happen either.
I was charged almost 400$ for a room that I was only supposed to pay around 260$ for when I called I got a robot and no help still no reimbursement for the lost money
