Great location nice sandy beach! Beautiful view. Drinks and ice cream on the beach. Live music Thursday night.
Doors need attention
The View was nice, the Bathroom is spacious with good water pressure.
The room was equipped with the refrigerator and microwave.
No coffee maker in the room
Staff
Booking.com is terrible.
Customer service is a joke 😃
Nice resort on the river. friendly staff.
only one deck chair. bed pretty uncomfortable
I liked the location.
It was very run down. Could use an upgrade. It took us three tries on rooms to find an acceptable one. Four was broken on the first one, the second one stunk so bad I couldn’t breathe. The third one was clean and quiet.
Nice hotel with pool. Restaurant had a deck and overlooked marina. Pier 33 beach area was amazing.
We love the excellet service and we love the beautiful view of the river we love displays. It's our second time we stayed here.
The view
Room phone didn’t work m, hair dryer didn’t work and toilet seat would not stay up
Nice and quiet on the river (expensive rooms only). Fresh and modern lounge and restaurant.
Super old building. I got sent to two rooms down the end of the hall. First one was the wrong key, second one someone was already in there. They upgraded us to a riverfront room, and it smelled like cigarettes. All of this just a product of confusion, but it’s a drag after a long day. The restaurant was dramatically understaffed, but they mitigate by offering free meals and they even brought out cake to apologize.
the location
the fact that i paid on booking.com and then at the hotel i was charged an additional 150 dollars for i dont even know what . so almost 370 dollars for 1 night stay in that facility is a little absurd
Convenient location for my needs. Stayed there for approximately two years every time I come to Post Falls. Clean rooms.
I stay at least three times a year for a long weekend and never had a problem, except this time the first night my outside entrance didn’t work and my tv wasn’t working. Had to go to the lobby at 2 am so they could open my door. Took 2 1/2 days for them to fix my tv took a couple of tries. Spoke to lead manager on third day and he told me he would give a discount but never did. Checked out and explained to the lady working behind counter and said the lead manager would reach out but he never did. Spent over $700 for three nights. Very disappointed and thinking about staying elsewhere next time in town.
Great little beach!
It was supposed to be a "river view room" but there was no view because of the overgrowth of weeds outside of our room. Plus there was supposed to be a patio for us to enjoy the view but there was only one chair and it was really not taken care of. I wouldn't sit out there even by myself.
