Titanium Elite Nightmare - Shame on Delta, Shame on Marriott
Pros:

Titanium Elite Nightmare! Sink spontaneously flooded... TWICE. Sitting in main room & could hear water running; faucet off, sink overflowed with dirty/ debris in water - so gross, bathroom flooded, carpet outside bathroom flooded. Maintenance could not diagnose, said could be related to plumbing in room above. Did not change rooms as it was 9:30 at night when maintenance left. Then it happened AGAIN in the morning. This was 2 weeks ago today, property and Marriott have done NOTHING - beyond disappointed. Was charged full rate!

Right on the highway - great
Pros:

Terrible check in experience and refusal to provide me a quiet room. I come here quarterly for an important meeting with the Montana judiciary but this receptionist acted like I was lying and demanded a government ID. She put me in a room facing the frontage road and Highway 15 saying all the quieter rooms were booked. But there's hardly anyone here. Its incredibly noisy and, bonus, my room smells like my son's college dorm room. Yuck. Never staying here again.

Two filthy rooms and a replacement smelling of feces.
Pros:

$1500 for two rooms for two nights. Both were filthy. Disgusting. Food on surfaces and the floor in one room, pee on the toilet and hair in the shower in the other. Beds made like it should be presentable. Grosser than gross.
Got moved to two other rooms, one of which smells like literal 💩 poop. Opened the window and turned on the AC hours ago, but it must be embedded in the fabric somewhere. They gave me a discount for the offenses after I refused a comped breakfast. Do your part a favor and keep looking.
On the bright side, the front desk did what they could within the constraints of management, I should have gone elsewhere rather than having new rooms assigned. This smell is awful. Ugh

F for customer service
Pros:

Super disappointed in the front desk gal as she’s extremely rude upon check in…. the room was wrong vs what I booked and refused to make it right even after the manager already knew and stated it was incorrect to begin with but since they were fully booked they could not do anything! BS if your good at customer service there is always something you can do for

Don’t stay here if you don’t like thieves!
Pros:

I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t do it which honestly I believe her but she also had two other girls with her. Either housekeeping or maintenance stole my shoes! I got very bad vibes checking in and again should’ve went with my gut! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here and if you do lock up your stuff! Staff is not friendly either, there’s much better hotels in Helena!

Good clean hotel for business purposes
Pros:

I was here for 2 nights - i was in town for work. I checked in around 11 PM. It was a breeze. The receptionist was very helpful. She walked me to the pantry which had snacks and stuff since i have Titanium elite. Its a big hotel in terms for size. it was a jacuzzi suite with a fireplace. i did not use either but was cool. Parking is free. I grabbed dinner at their restaurant one night - they were able to get my food to go - so was able to eat in myn room, Wireless was good. gym is pretty good as well. Would stay here when i return for work.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Friendly, helpful, attentive staff

Cons:

Bathroom had large collection of dust in vents, sink had brown ring on porcelain around drain, restaurant food wasn't worth the price (burger had a bun that was flaking apart, french toast for breakfast was soggy it was practically a soup), ordered room service for dinner at 4pm and told to place tray in hallway tray remained even after I checked out, curtains wouldn't open, hit head on lamps in restaurant area (staff stated they've made complaints because it's common for guests to hit heads of lamps because they hang low, but corporate refuses to update the area).

It was great except the restaurant.
Pros:

The location was great. The restaurants left a lot to be desired. I figured there would be homemade meals rather than frozen stuff. The room was great and I appreciate that.

Cons:

The restaurant. The staff was great but the food was just frozen stuff anyone could make. For the price, I expected a lot more.

Staff needs to work more on guest comfort and not hotel glamor.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and beautiful

Cons:

Wait staff in restaurant was disrespectful. Also, the TV kept turning on by itself at night causing me to have to unplug it. Lastly, the pillows were over stuffed causing a neck strain.

Pros:

Wonderful grand entrance and very friendly staff. We brought our service dog and everyone was very respectful. The room was quiet and clean. Indoor pool and hot tub area was immaculate with plenty of pool towels. The only areas for improvement would be that the bathroom was very outdated and the breakfast (for 2 adults and one kiddo) was very expensive.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

We were there for the International Mustang Show and they handled the event and people wonderfully. Appreciated the Senior discount for breakfast buffet. The banquet Sunday night was delicious. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet.
