Great place to stay and enjoy Cabo beach.
Pros:

Well kept gardens, pool and beach area were great. Rooms are a bit dated but you have everything you need. Beds a very comfortable.
Close walking to restaurants.

Cons:

Main lobby no A/C.
Buffet is adequate but lacks that 4* feel.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet! Variety of music all evenings!

Cons:

No smart TV.
Pool needs to be remodeled. Rusted iron was exposed on the concrete bar. The tiles on the floor are coming off.

No había aire acondicionado en el lobby ni en el Restaurant. Solo unos patéticos ventiladores de pie o de techo. Era imposible estar en esos lugares considerando que la temperatura era de 34 grados C
Había hormigas en el baño
La limpieza era deficiente siempre faltaban toallas o papel higiénico
La comida en el Restaurant de la pileta imposible de comer

Poor food quality inadequate AC, and unprofessional service made the overall stay very uncomfortable
Pros:

Nothing in particular. The food was just barely edible. I’m not a picky eater and will eat pretty much anything, but the selection was very limited, and the overall quality was quite poor. The servers and bartenders were okay, but the rest of the staff were not really up to the same standard.

Cons:

Regardless of the food quality and the beach location, the main problem was the temperature inside the restaurant and lobby. There is only one restaurant, so there were no other options for breakfast or dinner. The air conditioning was either not working at all or was completely inadequate. For eight days, we had to eat in temperatures of around 31–32°C, with sweat dripping onto my plate and food. I noticed the location of the thermostats, and many times, especially in the morning, they were turned off.
The worst experience, and something I have never encountered at any other resort or vacation destination, happened at checkout. Our checkout time was 12:00 p.m., but our taxi to the airport was not scheduled to pick us up until 2:00 p.m., so we had another two hours to wait.
When we checked out, the lady at the front desk told us to return our bracelets and said that if we wanted anything to eat or drink after checkout, we would have to pay for it. As a courtesy, the resort should allow guests to continue using the food and beverage facilities for a couple of hours after checkout, especially when they are simply waiting for transportation to the airport. There were several other issues, including a lack of shade, an inadequate designated smoking area with no umbrellas or tables... However, I think I’ve provided enough information to justify the rating I’ve given.
