MUITO RUIM E SUJO
Cons:

A acomodação é bem menor do que os quartos do hotel, sem sacada.

O banheiro estava sujo, cabelos e uma gilete usada de algum hóspede anterior. Fiquei uma semana e as toalhas só foram trocadas uma vez; segundo a camareira, por ser um quarto particular o dono tinha que autorizar a troca das toalhas (???!)..

O banheiro não tem UM suporte pra colocar shampoo e sabonete. Péssimo e desconfortável na hora do banho.

COLCHÃO VELHO, dois de solteiro juntos e um é mais alto que o outro. A roupa de cama NÃO FOI TROCADA durante a estadia.

É melhor alugar um quarto do hotel, pois a diferença do preço é pq se trata de um quarto com qualidade muito inferior aos do blue tree tower e sem café da manhã.

Ar condicionado quebrado precisei ligar pro dono pra concerta absurdo , não faz troca de toalha , café não tá incluso , estacionamento não tinha , chegou lá falou que tava cheio meu carro dormiu pro lado de fora , quarto do andar 3 disseram que tem que ligar pro dono arrumar alguém pra limpar , quem quer fica ligando pra dono limpar , obrigação do hotel

Vista e localização excelentes. Recomendo!
Pros:

Tamanho do apartamento, vista fantástica da orla de Fortaleza e localização que permitiu caminhar pela Beira Mar e ir a restaurantes e bares à pé.
