Receptividade dos colaboradores em todas as áreas.

Cons:

1. Ar condicionado parou de funcionar quando houve queda de energia, em contato com um colaborador ele informou que isso é contumaz, já era para ter sido resolvido. Fica a dica para não acontecer com os outros hóspedes.

2. Quando fizeram a limpeza do apartamento não substituíram as toalhas.

Não é pela ação de um péssimo servidor, que vou avaliar hotel negativamente...

Logicamente, eu não estou generalizando, todos empregados, mas ao deixar o hotel no 09/02/2026, esqueci uma peça de aproximadamente 3kg de queijo coalho, comprado no Raimundo do Queijo no dia 06/02/2026, no freezer do apartamento, e não recebi nenhuma notificação, até agora. No mas tudo bem, sou cliente do hotel, e me hospedo com grupo no hotel uma vez por ano!!!

Pros:

Excelemte localização. café da manhã é bom, não exepcional, mas OK. Aspecto do hotel é mais antigo, paredes sem pintar.
Mas a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é bom!!!

Cons:

hotal mais antifo e o café da manhã poderia melhorar qualidade de alguns itens.
