My stay was excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Someone had checked in 2 nights before us and so the room we needed was not available for my mother who is on a walker. But was shown another room with walk in shower, so we took it and I appreciate the accommodation. Thank you

The set up for breakfast was extremely well done and super clean. The layout was easy to navigate. Food tasty and budget friendly. Coffee was readily available and provided with your meal. Staff was cheerful!

Final Goodbye Trip
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
The beds were comfortable.
The location was close to the Medical Center.

Cons:

The Friday night desk attendant was rude and unhelpful. He made it seem like we were an inconvenience rather than a paying guest.

Will stay again.
Pros:

Updated and modern. Customer service was excellent during both shifts. Breakfast was above average continental bc of a couple hot items. Clean overall. Bottom of shower was stained and office chair was as well. Which was really only noticeable bc of how clean the rest was. On website we choose a room with bath but apparently only they have showers. So that was not as fun with a baby. Business center was broke so computer was slow and printer was out of order. Being there during work travel, that was a little disappointing. Would stay again. Oh and pet friendly but not really grassy area or pet dedicated section.

Pros:

The room was clean but there are lots of stains on the furniture. Breakfast is horrible. Good affordable option if you're going to Hard Rock Casino but don't want to spend your money on the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel.... spend more money on the breakfast.
