Exceptional hospitality throughout the stay. All FTC and staff members were extremely polite, courteous, and humble. Chef Razzak’s culinary expertise was evident in the excellent taste and quality of the food. Mr. Ravi, the Driver Associate, displayed outstanding professionalism and warmth, ensuring a pleasant experience during the drive as well as at the time of boarding and departure.

Neelima, Vikas, Sujit, Ritik and Chef Tamaji all were helpful during my stay. They have made me feel like I am home. I wish you all good luck and all the best!

I visited for my business trip and the experience with Vivanta was fantastic! Especially breakfast where you will get lot of variety, fresh dosas, omelettes and all. Chef Mr Tanaji is from Maharashtra and taste is his specialty. Ms Neelima was so kind to take care of all customers and greetings to everyone with her vast experience in this field! Sujit ans Sahil was right there to support you. I would like to visit again to this place and recommend to all!

Experience Vivanta vadodara if you are looking for a luxury hotel in vadodara. Me and my wife celebrated honeymoon. Room was pretty nice and appreciating the staff members. Would like to mention some names Sahil, Sunil and Gaurav made my stay memorable.

We go for break fast quite often ..excellent break fast m staff is very polite namely Neeluna mam ,.sahil , Bansari , Chef Anna ..All make us feel very comfortable . We will always be your faithful customer ..excellent food and service

We have Brunch at Vivanta, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality here is unmatched, and a few key members made our time truly unforgettable.

A huge shoutout to Gaurav Joshi, Aditi, and Tanisha for their incredible service, warmth, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always serving us with a smile.

The culinary team deserves massive praise as well—the food was absolutely awesome, with incredible flavors and perfect presentation at every meal.

To top it all off, the ambiance was elevated by Mahendra Naik, a phenomenally talented flutist. His beautiful music added a wonderful, serene touch to our Brunch.

What a pleasant experience at Vivanta Vadodara. This is my second home for business meetings whenever I visit Vadodara. Highly recommended property, special thanks to Sunil, Sahil and Utsav.

Interestingly a stay here can produce any one of the above reactions. Based entirely upon whether you were allocated a newly renovated room or a decades old totally worn out one.
Unfortunately, I was allotted an old room and I was not very happy with it. Considering I had booked a TAJ property this is not what I was expecting.
Most of what is poor and pathetic lies in the washroom. For bathing (shower) you have to get into a bath tub, this tub is dented and has multiple stains on it. To add to the eyesore there is a plastic bath mat laid to prevent slipping. This has not been washed in a really long time and this too has stains on it.
The cistern of the WC is the old externally mounted types (see photos). This too I have not seen in any modern Hotel.
The staff is not TAJ standards.
Overall, from my own personal experience I will have to call it what I never thought I would ever encounter. A SUB-STANDARD TAJ property.
