The ambience and breakfast

Breakfast is very good.
Location is not bad

Vegetarian Gujarati food was excellent, chefs personally came to us. Services at all levels were execellent.

Your hospitality was second to none! From the cozy guest room to the delicious breakfast and dinner everything was perfect. Thank you for being such a gracious host and creating such a memorable experience for us.

*) The hotel neither looks nor feels like a Taj property. The entrance of the hotel itself is at an odd place and angle. Once you get down from your vehicle it feels like you landed in some three star property with a very narrow passage to the lobby, once you are at the lobby it kind of confirms your doubts that it is a three-star property.
*) The saving grace was the breakfast which was very good with lots of variety and excellent staff with Chef Tanaji being the highlight. Breakfast is from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.
*) The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bathroom definitely needs maintenance and upliftment, it looked very shabby (pictures attached). The bedsheet had stains (pictures attached) and the towels were very thin.
*) Staff is very good, it's the overall look of the hotel that does not justify it being a Taj property.
*) The Swimming Pool is again at a weird place where you have to take a totally another elevator located on the other side of the building to reach.
*) There was plenty of complimentary drinking water in the room. Check-in & Checkout were smooth.
*) Their animal enclosure near the Swimming Pool was amazing, they have many noisy ducks, a huge turkey which was the highlight and a rabbit. That was awesome.
*) There is no view, no garden, no landscaping.
*) Room Service was prompt, we asked for Iron in the room and it was provided.

Had a pleasant and relaxed stay and Vivanta Vadodara. The service and hospitality is amazing. Special mention to Chef Tanaji, Neeljma, Jaynath, Ashish, Vikash for their services which made our stay memorable one.

Our stay at Vivanta Vadodara was an excellent and extremely comfortable experience.

Right from the beginning, the front desk staff — especially Omkar — ensured a smooth check-in and made sure we received a room that matched our specific requirements perfectly.

At the restaurant, Chef Tanaji and Rama went out of their way to ensure the food was prepared exactly to our liking. They made sure our eggs and dosas were done just right — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

A big thanks as well to Vikas, Jayanth, and Neelima, who paid close attention to everything we needed at the table, always at the right time. And a special mention for Pari, who was extremely attentive in keeping our table clean. We even noticed her guiding others to ensure every table was wiped spotless — a true example of great service mindset.

Overall, the warmth, care, and professionalism of the entire team made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Restaurant staff needs to be trained.. they are ruining the name of Taj hospitality.. Taj is something we hold very near to our heart.. I have stayed in almost all properties of Taj .. so speaking from experience, this property lacks the warmth, touch and feel of Taj.

We stayed to celebrate new year with We stayed for celebrating new year with family. It was a lovely, pleasant experience with staff taking extra initiative to help us feel comfortable and happy. The party was amazing and the staff expertly managed a lot of party goers with food, dance and special activities. The food options were superb - we would like to thank Neelima maam, Jayanth, chef Tanaji (thank you for delicious omelettes), Vikas and Rohit. One last word and special shout out to the chef who prepared lovely risotto for us on Jan 1 - it was amazingly tasty. Thank you, we will visit again.

It was good experience staying over here. Food was great at restaurant. Neelima, Tanaji, Jayanth and Vikas gave excellent service.

This is one of the best dining and lodging experience I would rate. The dining experience is completely amazing with chefs and staff very very candid, polite and with cheerful disposition with best of the class and always ready to make your family feel comfortable. Special mention of Neelima, Tanhaji, Jayanthi, Suitability, Vikas, Alika and Mr Razzaq. The hospitality is unmatchable... thanks for making our stay so memorable.
