Ideal location and good old fashion service.
Pros:

The location of the property is perfect. We had a lovely room overlooking the Botanical garden . The hotel is wonderfully located to access the center of Brisbane, the river, catch a water bus. The museum etc. Liked the good size swimming pool. The breakfast was particularly good.

Cons:

Not the hotel fault but the building sites around are quite noisy but this did not stop us enjoying the pool and other facilities of the hotel. The rooms were very quiet.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location, car parking available for $22 per night was convenient! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Breakfast at Waterlillies Restaurant was DELICIOUS and you get a discount as a hotel guest! Couldn't fault our stay, wish we had more time to enjoy the pool!

Loved it and would happily stay again.
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel, and the St Patrick’s Day parade was right outside the door. A lovely surprise.
Thank you so much for the upgrade to a suite for my husbands 40th, it was beautiful and such a lovely surprise too.

Cons:

Coffee and food options in the bar weren’t great and the breakfast was average.

Overall very good, loved being across the road from Botanical Gardens, very peaceful and quiet
Pros:

Quiet, nice view, comfortable bed and pillow, easy to explore from the hotel on foot, excellent and helpful staff

Cons:

TV glitched now and then, coffee pods not replaced by room service, didn’t like the shower over the bath and the taps were hard to reach. The room was a bit tired/dated but it was fine
