One of our favourite hotels in Brisbane
Pros:

This hotel never disappoints. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are great especially the pool. Close to the gardens and the CBD. One of our favourite places to stay in Brisbane.

Some good some bad.
Pros:

I like this hotel and use it a lot. In places it’s a bit old and the bathrooms in some rooms need an update. This stay was ok, not great.

Cons:

On this occasion one member of reception staff was unwelcoming and at times almost hostile… I got the impression he’s not enjoying his role any longer. It’s a shame because most staff are great.

At breakfast we found most food was cold. I wouldn’t book breakfast here again.

At breakfast another customer was talking loudly with children around and using very bad swear words. No one spoke to him and asked that he mind his language. I don’t think this should go unchecked in a family hotel.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme, le décor … vraiment magique et apaisant.

Cons:

Quelques membres du personnel ! N’étant pas anglophones, on ne comprenait pas toujours ce qu’ils disaient et de ce fait ils étaient visiblement agacé, mais bon au delà ça, tout était parfait !

The greeting at front counter was very vanilla. Stressful, because they couldn’t find my booking. Repeated my name 3 times before booking was found.
Tissues and lotion run out.
