Beautiful location, peaceful and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Royal On The Park is in a beautiful location just across from Brisbane’s City Botanic Garden. The hotel was peaceful and very comfortable to stay; staff were very approachable and helpful; car parking easy. The Kangaroo Point Riverwalk is nearby as are plenty of good running and walking routes.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Dated hotel, best to come back in a few years.
Cons:

Fixtures and amenities very dated, straight out of 1990 and desperately need a refresh. 2 major construction sites right next to the hotel. Suggest to come back in several years once the hotel has been renovated and constructions completed.
