Stayed before never disappoints.Excellent service. Good sized pool.Tried out the gym- everything I needed. Room service was good price and yummy food.

Location to the park and river, adjacent restaurants and shopping

Cons:

Building work going on next door. Pool is in shade by 2.30 in the afternoon and there was no pool service for getting a drink by the pool

Pros:

I love Royal on the park for its luxurious feel and atmosphere. The service from staff is exceptional and warm. The rooms are beautiful and decent.

Cons:

This isn't entirely Royals' fault as I understand it's a hotel and an old building. I could hear the people nect to us playing their Tv/ music quite loudly as well as the people on the other side take showers and flush. A few people in the hallways were loud and routy as well.

Everyone was so friendly

Cons:

Bathroom was cramped for a family of four. The spa was broken. I was unable to order food and drinks from the pool phone as no one answered several times and the pool paving requires some serious maintenance.

Great location. Elegant. Amazing bed!
Pros:

Fantastic location, as we were attending a gig at the Riverstage. Had a wonderful night's sleep. The bed was like a cloud!

Cons:

I was surprised that we had to pay for the on-site hotel parking and that it wasn't included in the room rate. We would have appreciated a couple of bottles of water to be placed in the fridge as a courtesy.
