Very nice location, facility and great stay
Pros:

Everything and Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance staff friendly polite and helpful. Was presently surprised to have an upgrade to suite.

Our tv remote didn’t work. We tried 2 of them. We didn’t watch much tv but we could only watch the station it’s automatically set on.

Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

When we checked in for our 2 rooms, the front desk switched one room because it didn't get cleaned. When we got to our rooms, we found one of them was also not cleaned. The other room was dirty and smelled like a smoking room. The front desk struggled to find other rooms so we left and went next door to the Hilton. As of now I still haven't received credit for one of the rooms.

The Comfort Inn in Jackson, MI was nice and clean.
Pros:

The room was comfortable for me and the two girls. We had enough towels and the room did not show any visible damage. Like rugged or over used. The extra bathroom in the hall next to our room on the 1st floor was nice and clean too.

Cons:

The cheese that was used in the eggs at breakfast. A meat selection would have been nice.

I didn't like that I was told on the phone by comfort inn staff that there was a spa hot tub at this facility and there is not. This was a stay cation, close to home and all we wanted was to sit in a hot tub for a while and there wasn't one. Also, couldn't use the pool due to the pool area was extremely cold, when in past experiences, the pool area is usually overly warm. Then we were treated rudely by staff when approaching the desk to discuss the hot tub situation. Facility would benefit from stafft customer service training. Also staff training is in order so the correct information regarding your facility is given to people who call and inquire.

Great place for my family of 4, would stay again.
Pros:

Honestly was pleasantly surprised. I had originally tried canceling this reservation because I heard pool was closed and read a lot of bad reviews. Never heard back on that request (was told it was a Booking.com issue) either way, pool was up, everything was pretty clean, everything was very well presented. Absolutely would stay here again if we are in the area again. Staff was also friendly and

Cons:

Beds were stiff for our personal preference but that’s it. Breakfast was mediocre but it was free so can’t complain too much, did enjoy the variety of options.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The bed frames made weird noises when you would get in and out of bed .

We were put right on the first floor by the cafeteria, so when breakfast was open, you could hear what was going on outside the room.
