Shopping mall is connected to hotel so very convenient. Hotel areas and rooms are very clean, so gives us a very comfortable feeling. Staff are very helpful and courteous especially Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr Francis Raymomd Jacob. Big thanks to him for helping out.
Hotel can look into the parking charges at the hotel foyer. Was charged MYR15 for a 5-min stopover 😪

Easy check in and the food was nice… the receptionist was very helpful. It was a great stay for us.

We stayed at this hotel many times. Each time we stayed we noticed improvement. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is small but good.
Although we were warned when we checked in about the noise caused by the renovation but it did not cause too much trouble at all.
DLocation is great. The shopping mall downstairs provides everything tourists need. Staff were helpful and professional. Thank you.
The location
1) Connected food and mall is very convenient.
2) Anytime Fitness Gym is excellent
1) Administratively cumbersome - too many manual signing of papers when using the gym.
2) deposit of $350 is exorbitant when most hotels do not have guests paying this huge amount when checking in. Emptied all my cash on arrival at Pearl.
3) room latch didn’t work smoothly
4) lifts are not well maintained - doors slammed and bounced back when ‘close’ is pressed
