Great Stay.
Pros:

The stay was great. The room was clean. The breakfast spread was good. The location is near to shopping mall where we can easily get what we need such as food, groceries, toiletries, etcetera.

The staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. I would like to extend my compliment to these two staffs. Ms Nor was friendly, polite and efficient in assisting with the check-in and administrative. Mr Firdaus was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient in assisting me with showing me around the facilities, attending to my queries about the tea time and supper, and check-in with me about my stay whenever he bump into me.

Overall, I am satisfied with the services and facilities provided during my stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the lighting around the desk area could be improved, as it was not bright enough for working or reading. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. It would be even better if a coffee machine could be added to provide freshly brewed coffee for guests.

Cons:

If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if the parking fees could be waived for hotel guests.

Cons:

Very poor service upon arrival and check out time. Long time to wait for check in and check out. The staff is absolutely unprofessional.
Better dont include the breakfast as well. Very very very little choice and it's very oily.
