Amazing, would recommend if you’re not into visiting the city centre or tourist main area daily.

It is a very good service and experience that i have been here.Staff is very kind and helpful
Pros:

The bed and room is really comfortable for 5 of us.I have a pleasure short holidays here with my kids and husband.I took the package with high tea and supper.

Cons:

The parking is shared with the mall, I'm a bit confused and a bit difficult to find the way to get in to the Hotel from the mall.

You need help to find the reciption desk at first arrival ..Also theotel asked for 400 RM as warranty which is not mentioned before on the web during registration.

Loved the hotel would like to come back again.
Pros:

Beautiful property in business part of KL. Lots to do near by. Don’t have to leave hotel.

Cons:

Little far from the touristy things to see. Need other transportation to get there, usually have a lot of traffic to deal with.

Pros:

Easy access to the mall, friendly and helpful staffs

Cons:

The bathroom drain kept clogging making the water to stay stagnant for awhile while using the rain shower
