The staff were not helpful at all , it was like talking to robots who were repeating thier policies , Im at genius level 3 at booking.com and a frequent traveller , I haven’t had such experience with any hotel staff ,
The flexibility of staff , they did not had any empathy , I was travelling with my parents both 70+ and 4 kids , total 8 persons , I haven’t asked them for few things all of them rejected bluntly , there was no accommodation of any of my requests , pathetic handling of guests
The room was clean and neat
1.Plug in the room cannot use, need to call for maintenance
2.Deposit need to pay rm400. Even other 5 star hotel didn’t even asked for deposit.
3.Can only depo by cash or credit card, so troublesome to us.
4.When want to check out- need to wait in line for 30mins waiting for depo money to be returned to me, such a waste of time.

Staffs are very helpful, such as Irwan, Rizak, Jeffery, and Mr Yusri, Director of sales. He is a fantastic man.
Foods varieties need to change. Don't keep those same dishes everyday (89%) are same and repeated everyday. I'm stayed there 7 D6N, I'm sick with those foods, especially high teas and supper, are same every time I'm dine in.
