All okay except for the lack of help with the toilet.
Pros:

Location. Price.

Cons:

Had to call desk twice to report a toilet overflow and water level not going down. An hour later, knock on door, and staff handed me the plunger and walked off.

I liked the location!

Cons:

My room was not very clean. There was a used washcloth in my shower from the previous guest. I don’t think the bed sheets on one of the beds were cleaned as there appeared to be jelly on the top sheet and the fitted sheet was applied inside out. I didn’t notice the sheets until the next morning or I would’ve said something. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until late so I didn’t have a lot of time after arrival to do much besides go to sleep!

Nice stay just not at good nights sleep

Hotel was nice..clean ..friendly staff

Cons:

The a/c unit in rm 304 is very noisy. Had a bad night's sleep because of it. You need to get new pillows.

Cons:

The rooms need some TLC. Bedspread was ripped, all the outlets would not hold in plugs for chargers-too loose, and each time I opened my door to leave the lock would stick. I struggled and had to really work to get the deadbolt undone to get out.

Nice stay, what you would expect from Hampton
Pros:

Clean, comfortable modern hotel. Convenient location to interstate and area attractions. Fairly quiet except the occasional loud guest in the hallway stumbling in from the casino after midnight. Connected to casino via adjacent hotel. Decent breakfast. Hilton Honors phone app allows contactless check-in/check-out with app door entry.
