Pros:

Stayed in a triple room. Room was spacious, clean and had a large TV. Bathroom was again, big, clean and nice shower. Provided shower gel, but it made my skin really dry, so avoided using it again and stuck to my own. Check in was fine, with a pleasant welcome. However, this hotel is not a 4 star, the only difference from a 3 star, is that you get a dressing gown. The room wasn't cleaned or towels changed in 3 nights. (We didn't need or want this). BUT it makes you wonder on what basis it can be classed as 4 star, we had to pay €10 per person per night tourist tax, due to being 4 star, and I can not get my head round this. Genuinly wished we had booked a 3 star and spent that money on a meal out in Milan. Was my sons 16th birthday while we were there, hotel takes copies of your passport, so they knew, and his birthday cards were displayed in the room, there was no acknowledgement of this from the hotel, yet when we have celebrated birthdays before, there has been a little note or chocolate bar or something left in the room, (this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel) You are also 20 mins on the tram from Milan centre, so you are not paying for a prime location. Breakfast was €20 per person, we didn't do this, as I think that is far to much for breakfast. There is a shopping centre close by, with a huge supermarket. We got an uber to the San Siro for around £10. The tram is right outside the hotel, which is very handy. Overall there is nothing wrong with this hotel, it is just not 4 star, so manage your expectations when booking, if you want a little luxury, this hotel is not for you, if you want a basic clean room, go 3 star and save your tourist tax money, - honestly, you wont notice much difference, and you have more money to spend in Milan.

Would definitely come again
Pros:

The hotel is pristine and very very clean…the room is immaculate, bed sheets are pressed and white and they along with the towels smell like laundry which is what assures you attention to detail. The hot water flows, the blackouts are great.
