Please note that no connecting rooms are available at the hotel. The hotel's garage offers 14 spaces for car with a maximum height of 4.9 feet. A further garage for bigger vehicles is available nearby. Please contact the reception desk for further parking details.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 25 Euro per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Pros:

Gute Lage im Zentrum von Düsseldorf

Cons:

Baustelle und Baulärm im Hotel, Tiefgarage geschlossen, kein Wellnessbereich (erwarte ich im 4-Sterne Hotel). Insgesamt ein 3-Sterne Hotel, daher Preis-/Leistung nicht passend.

Perfect for short city trip.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff and great that they have a spacious area in the lobby where you can sit and have a free coffee or tea.
Just around the corner there’s a 24/7 parking garage where you pay €2 per hour or €20 for 24 hours. Very convenient.

Cons:

Personally I do not like the synthetic pillows on the bed, I prefer feather filled.

Nettes Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Der Service war wirklich toll und sehr nett vor allem. Jeden Tag wurde angeklopft und gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Auch an der Rezeption bekam man immer ein nettes Lächeln, wenn man das Hotel betrat. Man konnte sich in der Lobby ein warmes Getränk mitnehmen, aber auch anderes wie einen kleinen Muffin. :)
Die Lage des Hotels war super. Man hatte vieles direkt vor der Tür, wie z.b die Bahn, die keine 5 Minuten entfernt war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Gesamten in Ordnung.
Man hat gemerkt, dass dort alles etwas älter schon ist und nicht mehr ganz ok, vor allem im Bad. Dass die Minibar nicht funktioniert hat war schade, da wir so nichts kühlen konnten, bei der der Hitze. Man hatte uns aber ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Service war super, allerdings wird es schwer, wenn man kein englisch kann. An der Rezeption war deutsch reden aber ok.

Pros:

Konumu, konforu ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarıyla gerçekten harika bir otel. Düsseldorf’a her gelişimde ilk tercihlerimden biri oluyor. Kendimi her zaman rahat ve özel hissettiğim, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim nadir otellerden.

Convenient hotel for a short city trip (if you’re without a car)
Pros:

Central location within walking distance of practically everything.
Good breakfast choice with quality products.
Modern refurbished rooms

Cons:

The hotel was advertised as having a private parking and this was an important reason why I selected it, but it turned out that it was closed for renovation.
Small rooms.

Nice, comfortable stay for a con!
Pros:

Liked the cleanliness, the fact that I had a minibar with complementary water inside, the bed's comfort and size, and the friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a room being rebuild on my floor, which caused a lot of wardrobes and beddings to be stored in the corridors, but I imagine that this is a very temporary thing, I was just unlucky.

Un beau séjour dans un coin calme de la ville

Pros:

Good sized rooms. Helpful staff when air conditioning wasn't working. Nice shower and bathroom facilities.
