Fijne frisse kamer , zeer vriendelijk onthaal , fantastisch ontbijt . Rustige ligging, maar wel heerlijk centraal .

Great location - nice rooms - breakfast looked great but we went to airport early so didn’t get to experience it - nice coffee machine in lobby - also has a cozy bar area - staff was very friendly/helpful

Booking cancelled without warning after check-in earlier

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and the receptionist checked my booking but told me the room was not ready yet. I explained that I was going to a football match and would return around 11 pm. She said that was absolutely no problem, stored my bag, and told me to come back later.

At around 10 pm I suddenly received an email saying my booking was cancelled because payment had not been made. This was never mentioned earlier and I would have paid immediately if asked. When I returned to the hotel I had no room and had to spend hours late at night looking for another hotel. Very poor handling – at least call the guest before cancelling, especially when they already checked the booking and stored my bag.

Alles perfekt!
Pros:

- Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
- Die Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby, die man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit nutzen durfte.
- Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Schade gibt es keine Aussenplätze um einen Kaffee und eine Zigarette zu genießen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Personal sehr freundlich, strukturiert und aufmerksam. Frühstück ist vielseitig, frisch, unverpackt und sehr gut. Lage: sehr gut angebunden s-bahn etc.

Fenster sind leider sehr lärmdurchlässig. 3. Etage. Verkehrs-/Anlieferlärm.
