Pros:

Super location, very good breakfast, pet friendly!

Cons:

Tiny parking, hardly survived during parking ))) if you have a big car, use another parking location, there are a lot of them. Rooms were small, we have experience with different NH hotels, these rooms were really small for 2 people and a Frenchie

Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, and the furniture looked brand new. We would have stayed longer if we hadn't been there for just one night. I would highly recommend this place, especially to those who value cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere.

My stay at NH Düsseldorf was truly satisfying. The hotel is excellent in every way: the rooms are very good, spacious and spotless, with exceptional cleanliness and care. The location is unbeatable, perfect for getting around the city and enjoying everything it has to offer.

Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with my experience. The hotel fully met all my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it and choose it again for future visits. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for nine nights, and overall, our experience was very pleasant.
I would like to highlight the hotel's excellent location, the comfortable and well-organized room, the comfortable bed, the good shower, and the reception staff, who were always eager to assist us with any request.
The surrounding area offers several good restaurants and a supermarket, as well as convenient transportation links to anywhere in the city.

Cons:

On the downside: upon arrival, we requested daily room cleaning and tidying, and our request was approved. In practice, however, this only happened a few times during our stay; we mostly managed with just having our towels changed daily.
The reception staff apologized profusely, explaining that there was an issue with the cleaning company. To their credit, the receptionist—on his own initiative—waived the charges for all the breakfasts we had eaten when we checked out, as a gesture of compensation.

Gutes Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

- Hotel gut, Lage sehr gut
- Zimmer sauber.
- Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut!

Cons:
