Gutes Stadt-Hotel mit ein paar Mängeln.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, 5 Gehminuten zur Königstrasse. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sollte ein Superior Zimmer sein, was uns auf Nachfrage auch bestätigt wurde. Es war allerdings recht klein, insbesondere das Bad. Kaum Ablagen und ein sehr hoher Einstieg in die Dusche. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen NH-Hotels (München, Frankfurt) eher dürftig. Kaum Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, nur Naturjogurt, kein Lachs, etc. Hier sind wir von anderen NH-Hotels Besseres gewohnt.

Good stay but It could have been better
Pros:

Room was cleaned, free toiletries, bed was comfortable with two different pillows, reception was welcoming.

Cons:

Cleaning service was not discreet for the whole stay, very loud while cleaning other rooms and in the corridor. This for us is a big priority while travelling since sometimes we need to work from our rooms and not ideal.

Teleurstelling
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was perfect.

Cons:

De airco was kapot waardoor het extreem warm op de kamer was. Daarna hebben ze aan de balie beloofd dat we geld terug zouden krijgen, maar hebben dit geld uiteindelijk nooit terug ontvangen. Ook als ik contact zoek, sturen ze mij naar booking en booking stuurt mij terug naar het hotel. Waardeloos!

All round hotel that had everything
Pros:

First of all, we got the room on the last floor and far away from the elevator - just as I asked for. Not only that, but the room had a nice terrace, which was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean - every day the room was cleaned perfectly. The location was in the middle between railway station and old town, which was perfect for us. Room had everything - simple coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water every day, tea, coffee and other small things. Bed was comfortable, though a little too soft for my liking, but I just personally like stiff beds. In the lobby there were free little things like delicious muffins, gummies, etc. Staff was very friendly and helping.

Cons:

Only small things. The room insulation from sound could be better (both from outside and inside), and the ventilation was making strange noises two mornings, as if the water was running in it, but it wasn't. The whole building is a bit old and some things are worn down a bit. But all these things didn't spoil our stay, just small things to improve.
