Buon hotel
Pros:

Ottima camera ultimo piano con terrazza privata, sedie e tavolino. Colazione e spazi ottimi.

Cons:

Problemi con l'aria condizionata, che è partita dopo 3 giorni. Lo staff ci ha proposto un cambio camera, ma abbiamo tenuto quella scelta (molto calda in agosto). Lo staff ci ha fornito 2 ventilatori e alcuni omaggi per compensare.
La pulizia delle camere viene fatta solo dopo 3 giorni oppure su richiesta. Questa informazione è presente solo su un cartello in ascensore: sarebbe meglio indicarlo più chiaramente e subito all'arrivo. Prima di arrivare in hotel, avevamo ricevuto un messaggio in cui si diceva invece che evitando la pulizia della camera (per rispetto al pianeta) si avrebbe avuto diritto a un drink.

Fantástica
Pros:

El desayuno, espectacular. No llega al nivel de un 5*, pero casi. Muy variado, muy bien presentado y con una calidad cuidada.
La terraza de la habitación que tuvimos, muy agradable.
También el trato de la persona de recepción que nos atendió al llegar (y en otros momentos), que se dió cuenta de nuestra nacionalidad por el apellido y pasó a hablar en español directamente.

Cons:

Se nota que el edificio es rehabilitado y resulta un poco raro el pasillo de las habitaciones (al menos el nuestro, en la última planta), para el que la nivelación del suelo no está muy bien ejecutada (al caminar se notan desniveles y pendientes un tanto raras). Aparte de que la decoración del mismo no es muy acorde que digamos con la de las habitaciones y la de las zonas comunes (recepción y salón dedesayunos, por poner por caso).
