Very good property, great rooms , but lack of restaurants inside, sprinkler system splashes high speed water at your door in night, can change that

Check in was smooth, the apartment was on the older side but clean and has all you can need. We did not use the pool. Be aware there is no beach access in the property. Very convenient location. We would stay here again.

Room was big and clean , huge property very pleasant. There is no cleaning service to the rooms until check out, we had to call for more towels and coffee .

Pros:

Didn't realize this property was a time share property. Don't like the sales pitch stuff. Room had a damp, musty smell. No view of the ocean. We were suppose to have a garden view that from the pictures lead us to believe we would see a piece of the ocean. Not so.

Room was nice, beware it is a timeshare property

I think the room and amenities itself was okay. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. However, the people upstairs were extremely loud and heavy footed, it sounded like they were stomping around for hours. I brought it up to the front desk and they said we could call security after 10pm. Another thing was that it was not mentioned this is a timeshare property and so we were haggled to do the timeshare presentation with promises of "gifts". 90 minutes was far too long to sit there and listen when you are on vacation, no matter what the gift was. Anyway, I am not sure if I would stay here again because of that fact but the room itself was decent.

By far the best resort I've been to. Family friendly, friendly service, clean, accommodating, overall amazing. The ONLY thing and it really wasn't too big of a deal to us, but could be to someone with bad knees, is there are no elevators so you gotta walk up possibly three flights with your luggage and then the remainder. Parking was a little crowded, as well, we had to park a couple buildings down a few time. Overall AMAZING

Great option when staying in Kona. The single bedroom has two full baths, full kitchen, living, dining and patio. Units were clean and the staff was very pleasant. Located close to everything…about a mile from manta ray dock and 15 minutes from Captain Cooks. Would definitely stay again!
