This is a terrific resort with fantastic experiences. The amenities, restaurants and staff are all exceptional.
Oliver and Bree in the dining room treated us special.
Very Disappointed on multiple levels. Room was old, toilet height was super low, lighting in the room was poor / very dark. Lacked acceptable mirror for getting makeup and hair done. Heard guest walking in room above us three times during the night - walls paper thin. No water or even water glasses in the room. No free coffee in lobby and breakfast at restaurant was full buffet only. Not at all what a "resort" should feel like in the room. Grounds nice but would I stay here again, no!
Jimmy Tagliere was our server and treated us like we were best friends. Great recommendations, conversation, and attentiveness. Will be asking for him and looking for him on every visit.
We had the opportunity to have lunch today at Elevations on the resort today and had excellent service. We sat at the bar where Jimmy took impeccable care of us! He is intuitive, attentive and fun to talk to! We will be back!

Had a great experience recently while dining at Elevations Restaurant. The server was attentive, detail oriented and exceptional in every way possible. The sign of any great server is when they put the guest at ease & he did just that! Vanessa at the bar was great! She makes a great lemon drop martini and is so nice! Made our evening so relaxing.
The resort feels like it could use an update. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are small. The lobby bar is great, and the bartender, Vanessa, was personable, professional, and made great drinks. We loved her.

The location was beautiful and the staff was friendly we got a great golf cart ride from Austin before a thunderstorm. Rooms were comfortable for our family of 3. The deck off the lobby was messy and had dirty glasses and plates left over from the morning. The venue was pretty pricey for mostly everything dinner drinks and the room itself were costly plus the other activities were out of budget.
Staff went above and beyond to make smores happen for the kids Saturday night. A special thanks to Jimmy whom stood out in the drizzle to get the firepit going and didnt give up until he had a solution. He didn't let the kids down and that meant a ton.
Jimmy was my server and he was absolutely amazing!!! He was super on top of it and his humor made me and my whole family laugh!
