Very refreshing and rejuvenating stay
Pros:

The views were amazing the cleanliness of the rooms were good and the location was super convenient to almost everything

Cons:

The check out clerk had no earthly knowledge when asked about credits and charges that he should have had knowledge of which he admitted.

Location is beautiful

Cons:

Additional self-parking ($30) and resort ($40) daily fees. The cost is already high, but with the additional fees it is really overpriced for what it is.

Great place for a family get together
Pros:

All the facilities were fantastic exactly what we were looking for for a family outing. Normally complementary coffee in the lobby was not provided and that was disappointing.

The property has many amenities with use of the country club.

Cons:

They host weddings and events and do not clean after. Trash overflow in bins and many glasses and food items left out in areas.
No toilet paper or paper towels in public restrooms.
Charge $50 to rent a bicycle.
No napkins, paper products or condiments in coffee shop. Staff does not replenish.
Windows and common areas dirty.
Stayed preciously and enjoyed. This property has slipped.

It was nice but for the money could have been much better. been
Pros:

The views and restaurant and bar options are nice. The adult pool is great.

Cons:

The $30 self parking fee? Come on. Also, the beds were quite hard. The bar staff couldn’t figure out why the draft beer was foamy.

Nice stay but on the pricier side.
Pros:

Beautiful view from our balcony.

Cons:

The pool concessions were closed even the the front desk person mentioned we could get food there after arriving late afternoon. It was on a Monday, so that might have had something to do with it.
The breakfast buffet was way too expensive.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Lovely view and breakfast and fun gym and lovely swimming pools and lovely mountain view and balcony!!

Great hotel and great staff
Pros:

Resort was great, staff were great.

Cons:

Felt a little cheeky adding a parking fee and a resort fee to what is already a premium hotel. You have to park there so it feels like you’re being stung, where as if they’d just added the $30 to the room rate you wouldn’t notice and wouldn’t mind.

Wonderful Resort Stay
Pros:

This is a terrific resort with fantastic experiences. The amenities, restaurants and staff are all exceptional.
Oliver and Bree in the dining room treated us special.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

Very Disappointed on multiple levels. Room was old, toilet height was super low, lighting in the room was poor / very dark. Lacked acceptable mirror for getting makeup and hair done. Heard guest walking in room above us three times during the night - walls paper thin. No water or even water glasses in the room. No free coffee in lobby and breakfast at restaurant was full buffet only. Not at all what a "resort" should feel like in the room. Grounds nice but would I stay here again, no!
