Great location, great time, great stay!
Pros:

Location, price, convenience, comfort, the room was great, staff was very helpful, nearby restaurants, CVS, just around the corner, coffee shops nearby, pizza delivery spot-on, rail system, Path nearby, mall nearby, beautiful riverfront walkway right there, just a great place to stay!

Everything was great!

Convenient - though in a location with poor lighting for a walk from train station at night, comfortable, easy. Good for a room to sleep in .

I was unhappy that when I arrived I was initially given a room that was already occupied. I had to go back down and ask for another room. Also the new room was on a lower floor and smelled stale.

Not appropriate for a holiday
Pros:

Location close the Exchange Flags Path Station, easy access into Manhattan by Path and subway;
Cleanliness;
Staff supportive , prompt to deal with your requests;
Strong, reliable internet connection

Cons:

Horrible mattress, worn out, sleeping like in a hammock. It caused me terrible back pain. It should have been discarded long time ago.
Poor choice of plates and fishes. Only 2 plates provided (one normal size and the other appetizer size), no mugs for coffee. No salad bowl, no chopping board, no frying pan. No kitchen knife. But , ironically, there was a dishwasher! Ha! Ha! What for? 2 plates? We appreciated staff cooperation and willingness as they brought us 2 mugs and one frying pan immediately. Unfortunately they couldn't change the room for us as they said it was fully booked. We got a ground floor room and we had to deal with all the hotel traffic passing in front of our window. These ground floor rooms (like 104) shouldn't be rented as rooms for guests. Location of such rooms is totally unapropriate for a holiday. No balcony at all and windows barely opens to allow some fresh air.

Hôtel et personnel très sympathique mais le micro ondes en panne nous a embarrassé.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique comme il y’a deux ans, emplacement top belle vue et transport pour se déplacer à Manhattan juste à côté.

Cons:

Problème de micro ondes dès le début, la lumière s’allumait et s’éteignait et impossible de s’en servir il ne chauffait pas.Donc impossible d’acheter des plats à réchauffer.

Excellent experience for us having gone down for the 9/11 Anniversary.
