Nice but bigger garbage bins would be nice!
Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi were empty when me and my wife went but it was a bit cold which kind of sucked

Cons:

The small garbage bins in the room , we had so much garbage to throw away and those little bins filled up so fast

Great hotel for inexpensive prices
Pros:

A little bit older hotel but very clean, great rates, nice pool & hottub, breakfast included, a worker at breakfast offered my grandkids whipped topping & sprinkles on their waffles, couldn't believe they even had expensive (unnecessary) items like that with very reasonable hotel rates. Front desk & breakfast staff were great, room was great. Walked across the cul-de-sac to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, convenient location.

Excellent Weekend Stay
Pros:

Location for our purposes was excellent.
Check in was quick - front desk rep friendly.
Received the room I requested - top floor at end of hall
No hallway noise - doors close quietly as opposed to other hotels
Very nice lady that provided service in breakfast area

Cons:

Breakfast choices ok but have experienced better. Hot scrambles eggs and larger muffins would improve the options.

Pros:

Location was good. Front desk guy was nice. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Needs an update, rust can be seen on ceiling by pool and droplets fall into pool. Smells cleans. Needs attention to detail cleaning. Housekeeper was incharge of setup for breakfast. There were only a couple people and not enough food or drink. I only got a bagel. No drink. Then housekeeper used same gloves for cleaning to handle breakfast. Thats when i walked out. Jacuzzi needs work. Needs to be filled more. Jets splash everywhere. Water pressure in shower bad. Stains in room carpet. For the area, thought it would be nicer or it could be if it was cleaner.

Our 'go-to' motel
Pros:

We have been staying here for the past 5 years when we visit family in the area. They have done remodeling/updating to the rooms and it is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and pleasant. We feel the price is a good deal. Breakfast is standard motel foods with waffles, yogurt, protein of eggs/sausage, etc. If you require a finer breakfast, there is an IHOP within walking distance.
