Pros:

I punti forte di questo hotel sono la posizione direttamente fronte mare sulla passeggiata che collega in pochi piacevoli minuti a piedi al centro storico, possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada proprio davanti all hotel ,la colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi, e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. In particolare Un grazie va alla ragazza che ci ha prenotato la notte successiva in un altra città sempre struttura Mercure perché non siamo riusciti a farlo da soli. Grazie anche alla ragazza che al momento del check in la camera presentava un problema al condizionatore e non ha esitato a cambiarla …consigliatissimo !!

Da migliorare la pulizia , purtroppo la camera che ci hanno assegnato dopo il problema al condizionatore era più piccola e livello strada. Al nostro rifiuto di questo cambio non alla pari con quella pagata la ragazza è stata gentile a cambiarci nuovamente camera. Carina come camera ma purtroppo con cattivo odore, probabilmente l hotel era al completo per darci camera migliore…apprezzati tanto i prodotti nuxe

Pros:

Ho apprezzato sicuramente la posizione, sul mare e vicina al centro. La camera non era molto spaziosa, ma con vista mare laterale abbiamo apprezzato il movimento delle maree.
Nonostante la struttura non avesse il parcheggio auto prenotabile, abbiamo sempre trovato a pagamento nelle strade vicine all'hotel. Buona colazione.

Pros:

La chambre était correcte, un peu sombre. Le petit-déjeuner était correct compte tenu du prix. Situé juste au bord de la mer et à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville.

Cons:

Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité. La douche faisait du bruit. Pas de places de parking, mais c'est bien connu à Saint-Malo. Ceux qui connaissent cet endroit savent où se garer.

Tolle Strandlage -unbedingt Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen - , Personal freundlich - insbesondere beim Frühstück- insgesamt ruhiges Hotel

Der Schrank ist für einen Aufenthalt über 3 Tagen völlig unterdimensioniert - Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher zu trocknen - das designer-Waschbecken ist rund und eher störend - hier hätte man sich eine funktionalere Lösung gewünscht- der Preis in Hauptsaison erscheint schon ambitioniert - aber die Lage ist wirklich top, wenn man das Meer liebt

Chambre. calme et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

L Établissement n' accepte pas les chèques même avec une pièce d'identité . Ce qui parfois peut poser problème avec un manque de liquiditée ou un dépassement de paiement avec la carte de crédit bancaire. Ce qui m'est arrivé et j ai du appeler ma banque, me rendre à un guichet. Cela m a causé un certain stress.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location both by the sea and very close to Intra Muros part of the city.

The rooms have a bit of a musty feel and an unpleasant smell (this is based on more than one room experience), not sure why, may be caused why the wall yo wall carpeting combined with textile/fiber wall paper.

The room has everything that is expected (no minibar/fridge, but this we knew), bathroom has a challenging decor with both sink that splashes water everywhere and a shower that splashes/leaks into the floor.

Service is basically nice. There's nothing really seriously wrong with the hotel, but I feel it's below average Mercure standards and also overpriced as you get better options with the same price in Saint-Malo.
