Excellent stay but spoilt slightly by a dated bathroom .
Cons:

The room was bright and luxurious however the bathroom was dated and needed refurbished a shower over a small narrow bath old floor tiles.

Pros:

ドゥエロ川に面した部屋に宿泊しました。窓際に椅子を並べてドゥエロ川を行き交う船や対岸にあるポートワインメーカーの建物を見ながらゆっくりワインを飲む、そういった贅沢な時間はこのホテルでしか経験できないと思います。ただ、客室内の備品や朝食の素材などにコストを掛けてないのがはっきりわかってしまうところが残念でした。

Lovely hotel , great location and wonderful staff. People should know though that to access it you need to get down a steep incline orthodox luggage or contact the hotel for them to help you.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich schön, direkt am Fluss, aber etwas laut. Das Badezimmer wirkt ziemlich abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Böden sind nicht beheizt. Das Schlimmste sind jedoch die Frühstücke. Benutztes Geschirr wird ziemlich lange nicht von den Tischen abgeräumt, und an zwei von drei Tagen herrschte im Frühstücksrestaurant ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Man hatte gar keine Lust, überhaupt zum Frühstück zu gehen. Es ist eines der schlechtesten Frühstücksrestaurants in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, die ich in den letzten zwanzig Jahren erlebt habe. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv kein zweites Mal wählen.

Pleasant but not as special as I would have liked for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was a very good selection.
Room set up was as requested as no king sized beds available on the booking form
Location was great

Cons:

Breakfast service was very slow and food generally cold both ordered food and that already under lights
Room was very dark. There did not appear to be the option of a king sized double.
