A beautiful waterfront stay with exceptional hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout.
Pros:

The hotel is right on the waterfront, and our room had a beautiful view of the Luiz Bridge. The welcome plate of assorted sweets and a carafe of port wine was a lovely touch. The architecture is truly stunning, with a harmonious blend of modern design and historic features.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when both of my daughters came down with a stomach bug and were sick for two days. Their care and attentiveness made a difficult situation much easier.
The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning. It offered a wide and varied selection, including local delicacies and healthy smoothies. There were many thoughtful details, such as a block of fresh honeycomb, which made the experience even more special.

Deixaram a desejar na acolhida bem como na estadia

Localização muito boa!
Porém como estávamos com carro alugado deixamos no estacionamento SABÁ (pagamos incríveis 74 euros em pouco mais de 24h - o hotel não dispõe de estacionamento e muito menos não nos foi disponibilizado um voucher- portanto ponderem quando forem a este hotel em razão da diária ser elevada e ainda acrescentar despesas quanto ao estacionamento )

Cons:

Não dispor de estacionamento ( até entendemos pela localização porém o turista já paga bem caro a estadia nesse hotel e não dispõe de um voucher para o estacionamento )
No primeiro dia nós colocaram em um quarto vizinho a reformar das outras dependências do hotel - muito barulho e muita poeira até chegarmos ao nosso quarto
No segundo dia nos transferiram para o Pestana Freixo em razão das chuvas -compreendemos a transferência porém pagamos uma diária bem mais elevada no Vintage em relação ao Freixo
Quanto ao café da manhã muito bom !

Ficamos muito decepcionados com a experiência neste Hotel, visto que foi o hotel principal da nossa lua de mel !

Le prese erano poco funzionali, e mancava la presa della corrente in bagno. Alcuni mobili erano visibilmente usurati dal tempo.

Perfect central place to stay with a group of girlfriends
Pros:

Location was amazing, the staff were all so lovely and so attentive to everything you needed. The breakfast in the morning was unreal! And the bar in the evening was chilled and relaxing after a day of exploring

Faultless ftom arriving until departure.
Pros:

Location was perfect to reach all attractions although was very busy. Also although breakfast was again very busy service was first class

Da atenção que os colaboradores dispensaram, em todos os níveis, a mim e a minha esposa. Gostaria de ressaltar a surpresa que nos fizeram ao homenagearem a mim e a minha esposa pelo nosso 50 anos de casados, com um Bolo maravilhoso e uma Champagne do mesmo nível. Ficamos muito emocionados e agradecidos!

Caríssimos amigos! Não é que não tenhamos gostado, pois, fomos muito bem recepcionados e a Ceia correspondeu as nossas expectativas. No entanto, caríssimos amigos, ficou faltando o clima, o clima de Natal! Não apreciamos a sonorização do ambiente, pois, as músicas nem de longe davam conta que aquele dia não era um dia comum e sim um dia muito especial de NATAL! e a televisão, também, não estava no clima! Assim, nos retiramos logo após a ceia e fomos para o quarto assistir Concerto de Natal transmitido pela RAI! Neste ponto, e só neste ponto, eu acredito que precisará de um UPGRADE
