Stylish, comfortable, clean and in a great location.

Staff were friendly and efficient, although not consistently attentive at breakfast.
Maid service excellent.
The dinner in the restaurant was good but not great value for money. The biggest bugbear was paying 40€ for a bottle of wine which cost less than 5€ in the supermarket! Whilst we appreciate that drinks are often overpriced across the board, this wine wasn’t even a good one.
Me alojé en una habitación con balcón y vistas al Duero. No se me ocurre mejor emplazamiento ni mejores vistas. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Habitación muy espaciosa. El hotel transmite exclusividad y atención. Inmejorable en general.

The location was nice for a couple of days, but the crowds on the riverfront can be overwhelming after a couple of days.

Well located, superb facilities and great staff.

Location, restaurant and room service great, clean, having a balcony. Noise is not a problem with balcony doors shut.
Access is from the road above unless you arrive by taxi which is allowed to come to property. Dragging luggage through the crowds is not fun.
Balcony is a Juliet style, footing and railings are weathered and dirty. Still great to open the doors and be on the waterfront.
Could use more table space for luggage

Fruit at breakfast buffet was stale. Cappuccinos served cold. Gym was not operational.
