Remek elhelyezkezésű, remek személyzettel rendelkező kissé megkopott szálloda
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló. A személyzet külön kiemelendő: kedvesek, segítőkészek hozzáállásuk sokat hozzáad az élményhez.

Ugyanakkor maga a hotel állapota véleményem szerint nem éri el az 5 csillagos szintet. A berendezés több helyen elhasználtnak, kopottnak tűnik. A fürdőszoba kifejezetten gyenge pont: a szellőző nem működött, a zuhanyból pedig csak gyenge vízsugár jött, ami egy ilyen kategóriájú szállodában nem elfogadható.

A takarítás minőségén is lenne mit javítani.

Összességében egy jó 4 csillagos szállodának mondanám, kiváló lokációval és nagyon jó személyzettel, de az infrastruktúra és a részletek még fejlesztésre szorulnak ahhoz, hogy valóban 5 csillagos élményt nyújtson.

Posizione perfetta per me la migliore di Porto, vista bellissima dalla camera affacciata sul fiume. Colazione molto buona di ottimo livello. Complimenti a Diana della reception per la sua professionalità.

Cons:

Condizionatore in camera non funzionante con aria calda. Abbiamo avuto una stufetta ma non è piacevole sentire freddo e non è possibile tenerla accesa di notte. Non ci è assolutamente piaciuto come veniva rifatta la stanza. Trovare i bicchieri usati per il vino (cortesemente offertoci) non cambiati piuttosto che non rimettere la carta igienica o la crema corpo o gli asciugamani piccoli, non è da 5 stelle

Muito caro para o que entrega. Tem melhores opções a escolher no booking.
Pros:

O café da manhã é ok e os atendentes bem atenciosos. Os atendentes de recepção são bem atenciosos tb (levou minha mala até o ponto de taxi). Queridos.

Cons:

Reservei este hotel levando em consideração tb a academia para prática de exercícios diários. Somente ao chegar, tive a triste notícia de que a mesma estava fechada e sem previsão de reabertura. Questionei então sobre o descontado na diária por não ter este benefício conforme no anúncio mas nada fizeram.
Também tive problemas com os colchões. Estão bem utilizados, fazendo vão quando se deita, o que acaba deixando desacomodado para dormir, além dos travesseiros serem terríveis. Muito moles. Já não bastava as camas estarem bem moles e desconfortáveis. Não há boxe de banho tb. Apenas um vidro curto, o que acaba molhando todo o chão do banheiro.

Simply wonderful!
Pros:

Location, location, location! Our room was the corner unit on the 4th floor and we had balconies on each side. We were able to listen the music in the palazzo each day and night. We had a beautiful view of the river. Very convenient and comfortable. My husband loved the breakfast buffet everyday.
