Decent Stay
Pros:

The location, access to interstate 35 and being across the street from a well cared for neighborhood are all plusses. The room was decent, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We discovered there was no hook or bracket for the shower wand in our bathroom. It was very cumbersome to take a shower. Also, there was trash overflowing in a garbage can by the rear parking lot entrance and blowing around the rear of the property. I promptly notified the female desk clerk on Sunday morning of both of these items. She appeared to make note of the shower issue, she was not interested in resolving the garbage issue. I personally think she should have either corrected it herself or had housekeeping handle it quickly, neither of which she did. Also, there was body odor in the first floor hallway by the elevator. My wife sprayed deodorant to remove the odor.

Pros:

Each bedroom had their own bathroom and the sitting area was a great place for us all to hang out in.

Cons:

There was no actual air conditioning in the sitting area and the bedroom that had the vent to cool it's air conditioning never got cool enough to accommodate both areas.

Pros:

Cancelled reservation, put in room that was falling apart, ac wasnt working, manager yelled at me. Consumer laws and policy are in place for a reason but apparently they dont fallow those.

Pros:

Room was a suite - comfortable king bed, chair, couch, kitchenette. Well decorated - you feel like you're in a home. Unexpected for a great rate.
