Hampton Inn Austin Round Rock

Shelia was super nice and kind. She seems to be a great person and she loves what she does.

Service: Shelia was wonderful this morning. I have four small children and she was over the top accommodating and sweet to them. She also seemed to know other customers as well because they were all greeting her as if they had known het for a while. She’s great and made the breakfast atmosphere fun.

Breakfast choices were good plus a comfortable dining area.

Clean and well maintained

I visit Hampton Inn in Round Rock and I will first give a shoutout to Shelia! My family and I had breakfast downstairs in the lobby. She greeted us and made sure my family was well taken care of. She was a ray of sunshine. Thank you for making sure we had everything we need. I will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Very clean

Staying at the Hampton Inn Round Rock was a great experience, but Shelia in the breakfast/café area truly made our stay extra special! She keeps everything spotless, well-stocked, and fresh, but more than that, her warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire day. Shelia was an amazing factor in our experience! She was providing us service whenever needed, greeting us when we came down for breakfast, and is a joy to be around! Definitely will come again!

The hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly. One staff member did stand out above all of them and that was the lady running the breakfast area. Her name was Shelia and she was amazing. She kept the area stocked and clean but also tried to connect on a personal level. She was very, very helpful and always asking how things were and if we needed anything both mornings, we were there. She continued to smile and seemed to really enjoy her job. Hampton Inn Round Rock is lucky to have her on their team!

The hotel was great, but the best was the staff. The front desk people were kind, and Shelia was super helpful at breakfast!!

I chaperoned a church group who went to round rock for a youth conference. Not only was the hotel clean and accommodating and patient, the breakfast was awesome! Shelia was so kind and greeted us each morning and talked to the girls and engaged them in conversation. She is a truly special staff member and our trip was better because of her !

Ms Sheila in the breakfast area was awesome! Very friendly and welcoming every morning! All the staff were very friendly! They were very patient as we had a large group of young ladies.
