Wedding weekend at the Hampton Inn
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with very attentive staff. Great fitness center and pool. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned on the day it was to be cleaned. Had to get front desk staff to ensure it would be cleaned the following day. Was told I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. It was only on the door for a very short time while I showered.

Pros:

As a head baseball coach, my team and I recently traveled to Round Rock for a tournament and stayed at this hotel. From the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, we were extremely impressed and completely satisfied with our stay.
The highlight of our experience, however, was Mrs. Shelia. She assisted with breakfast each morning and did so with a genuine smile and a servant’s heart. Her kindness and willingness to help were sincere and consistent — it was clear that she truly cares about the guests. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Mrs. Shelia is an absolute asset to this hotel, and her positive spirit made a lasting impression on our entire team.
Overall, our experience was outstanding — 100 out of 100. Thank you to the Hampton Inn in Round Rock, and especially to Mrs. Shelia, for making our stay such a great one.

Best Breakfast service by Sheila!
Pros:

We are staying in Round Rock for a volleyball tournament. We went down for breakfast on our first morning and were kindly greeted by Sheila. I have to say I've never experienced such great service at a free breakfast before. Sheila was attentive and extremely helpful. She was a joy to be around and put a smile on my face. Thank you Sheila for all your help, you're a lovely person and we appreciated you very much!

Amazing Stay
Pros:

The experience was phenomenal. The amenities and cleanliness for the price was astounding. For sure making this one of ,y go to stay whenever I come in to town. Shelia was awesome as well who was the cook for the morning. Food was great and she went well out of the way to offer service as well included with the breakfast. For sure she needs a raise, wish I had more money on me at the time for a tip.
