L'accueil très sympathique, le personnel , le petit déjeuner très bien.
Le ménage dans les chambres tous les jours , c'était nickel, tout était tres bien.Les suites sont bien agencé .

Das Hotel ist recht schön und hat alles was man braucht. Es gab einen kleinen indoor Pool. Das Frühstück war gut,aber der Raum etwas klein.

Cons:

Man muss schon wissen, dass Chicago gut 50 km weg ist und der öffentliche Nahverkehr mindestens 1,5 Stunden braucht in die Stadt.
Außerdem gab es noch zusätzliche Steuern wie Übernachtungssteuer 8,40$ und Bundesstaatsnutzungssteuer 8,40$ (das hatten wir bisher in keinem unserer verschiedenen Aufenthalte) und dann 5,40$ pro Tag fürs putzen, dabei wurde gar nicht jeden Tag geputzt und für das Parken vor dem Hotel dann noch 0,36 Cent pro Tag. So kamen nochmal 120$ dazu. Das war schon happig.

Room was clean and comfortable. Facility was clean. Staff was courteous.

Cons:

Elevator out of order. Laundry was archaic coin operated, requiring $7 in quarters to do one load.

Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioner. After telling the front desk staff, someone came up and showed us.
I was disappointed that plastic water bottles were given out at check in. Plastic is so toxic to the environment, There’s nothing wrong with the water at this location. No plastic bottled water is needed for the guests.
