Ganz ok, Zimmer war gut, die Lobby, Reception und Frühstücksraum sehr lieblos.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Bett bequem. Es war sauber.
Wasser und Kaffee kostenlos jederzeit.

Cons:

Ich finde es extrem schade, dass beim Frühstück alles Plastikgeschirr ist. Ich finde auch den Preis für diesen Standard zu hoch.

Functional hotel, nothing flashy, great location to VCU!
Pros:

Downtown Richmond ! Everything is tight. Good location for my Doctors appts at VCU. Lille did I know they have a free hotel for patients.

Cons:

The parking below the hotel was nice but ceilings were low and the sprinkler system made it difficult to open the lift gate. The clearance was 6 ft.

Would like a reduced charge for half a day without functioning water and no bath/shower or toilet.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no running water until 1am, so had to stay late at local restaurant to use restroom.

Como um bom banho é fundamental para mim, o hotel não atendeu minha necessidade.

O quarto era confortável, o banheiro era pequeno e o chuveiro ruim.

O chuveiro muito ruim. Pouca água e sem pressão. E o banheiro pequeno.

Cons:

The water was out and they said it would be up later, well later came and still no water. I went to just check out to get a refund (I didnt stay a night there just put my stuff in the room to come back for "later"). Im still waiting for my refund that they said id get. I had to go find another hotel at night.

عند استلامي للغرفه كانت الكنبه مكسوره وطلبت من الاستقبال تغيير الغرفه وقام الموظف بإعطائي غرفه وعندما ذهبت للغرفه وجدت ان فيها ضيوف
وعدت للاستقبال وابلغت الموظف وكان رده بارد حسنا
وقمت بطلب المدير الذي أتى وقام بإعطائي غرفه ثالثه
بما معناه ان اليوم كله ضاع مني وانا أتنقل من غرفه اغرفه اخرى واطالب باسترداد مبلغ الليله الاولى

Perfect location. Needs more staff and better trained personnel.
Pros:

Location. If you’re seeing a show at the Allianz amphitheater it’s perfect.

Cons:

Check in was a mess. Didn’t get a room until over an hour after checkin. The lobby and breakfast area were disgusting from the morning breakfast which was a little crazy considering it was the later afternoon.

As long as the water supply is on we would stay again
Pros:

Front desk staff Justin was AMAZING!!! The street for the parking deck was closed; he met us out front to get us parked. He
was very helpful with close by restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We were told upon our arrival there was no water due to a water main repair. Was told it would be back on around 11pm. Only to get to our room and our window was right at the repair work. So there was NO sleep due to the noise. This couldn't be helped by the hotel staff. Water was not turned back on til 3am. Street crews didn't complete their cleanup til 5am. So no sleep!!! We were no offered any kind of a discount for the issues. We couldn't use the restroom or shower til the morning of check out.

Everything The Whole Staff was top notch/When I had a problem with My room/on Saturday Morning/John was able to find Me another one/in a matter of minutes/Ive stayed at other Hotels/in the past In Richmond But this one was by far the best. Please let tThe whole staff know They did a good job.

Nothing/ it was top notch/100 percent.

Good stay
Pros:

Great room with fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Comfortable linens, mattress and pillows. Friendly staff.
Also really good breakfast. And coffee machine was very helpful.

Cons:

The air-conditioner was loud and blowing arctic air on me all night. There was no way to re direct the air flow.
