Perfect location. Needs more staff and better trained personnel.
Pros:

Location. If you’re seeing a show at the Allianz amphitheater it’s perfect.

Cons:

Check in was a mess. Didn’t get a room until over an hour after checkin. The lobby and breakfast area were disgusting from the morning breakfast which was a little crazy considering it was the later afternoon.

As long as the water supply is on we would stay again
Pros:

Front desk staff Justin was AMAZING!!! The street for the parking deck was closed; he met us out front to get us parked. He
was very helpful with close by restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We were told upon our arrival there was no water due to a water main repair. Was told it would be back on around 11pm. Only to get to our room and our window was right at the repair work. So there was NO sleep due to the noise. This couldn't be helped by the hotel staff. Water was not turned back on til 3am. Street crews didn't complete their cleanup til 5am. So no sleep!!! We were no offered any kind of a discount for the issues. We couldn't use the restroom or shower til the morning of check out.

Keep up the excellent. good work.
Pros:

Everything The Whole Staff was top notch/When I had a problem with My room/on Saturday Morning/John was able to find Me another one/in a matter of minutes/Ive stayed at other Hotels/in the past In Richmond But this one was by far the best. Please let tThe whole staff know They did a good job.

Nothing/ it was top notch/100 percent.

Good stay
Pros:

Great room with fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Comfortable linens, mattress and pillows. Friendly staff.
Also really good breakfast. And coffee machine was very helpful.

Cons:

The air-conditioner was loud and blowing arctic air on me all night. There was no way to re direct the air flow.

Mediocre.
Pros:

customer service was great. The person at check in was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

there was a giant leak in the ceiling in the lobby. the puddle on the floor of the lobby was huge. My father who has a bad leg slipped and fell because no one bothered to clean it up or even put up a sign.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice. The staff helped up to check in early with ease which was a great benefit.

Cons:

one of the elevators was out of service during my visit which was inconvenient. The working elevator took such a long time each time we attempted to use it and being on the upper floor, we had to endure it.

Wenig, Zimmer war OK

Cons:

Um das Hotel ungepflegt, Gang war dreckig und hatte einen unangenehm Geruch. Personal ausser einer Person unfreundlich.

It was ok. I wouldn’t choose it agwin though.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It has a very generic feel, sterile. It isn’t at all welcoming and the room layout is strange. Large room but oddly laid out so the space didn’t feel comfortable. Also, the ceilings are pretty low.
