Pros:

The gentleman that worked the front desk in the evening (didn't get his name) was very sweet, nice and accommodating. He showed me the room before I purchased to make sure the room was accommodating as well as showed me exactly where the ADA parking was and how close it was to the elevators. His customer service was exceptional. The room was nice and spacious and accommodated everyone well

Cons:

The shower tub was a little effy. You can see around the edges we're getting a little rusted as well the walls of the shower didn't seem clean. The mattress on the bed was too firm to my liking (my personal preference is medium firm). Also the ADA room had one bar right outside the shower to get in but I would recommend another bar inside the shower for more stability and comfort. Also I would suggest to add more lighting in the room.

The staff at the front desk were polite.

Cons:

I almost trip over an unpainted or unmarked curb in the parking garage. I felt unsafe. I didn't end up staying my full night and was unable to even get a discount. I left due to weather concerns.

The room was clean, and I slept great. Parking was sketchy.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was good

Cons:

The parking was not only expensive, but there was broken glass when we arrived. I opted to park on the street instead, simply because I did not feel comfortable using the garage.
