I didn't like cleaners behavior
Pros:

I liked breakfast, and the well coming

Cons:

People who clean the room they make customers they play games, they make sure they chop some of your deposits money by lying that the room was left dirty or towels need to be replaced

Location was the best, cleanliness of room. 🙄
Pros:

I loved the location, close to park and ride on college ave. I went to summerfest on 6/27 to see post Malone. Staff were pretty friendly.

Cons:

My room wasn’t very clean. Stuff splattered on the wall behind garbage can in kitchen area. (Could tell it has been there a long time.) mirrors had dirty smudges on them. The closet in the room the track to the door hasn’t been clean in i don’t know how long. Above the coffee maker, toaster where the microwave sits it was all dirty underneath.

The front staff was very helpful, very friendly, and very accommodating.
Pros:

The property was easy to get to the airport from. I really liked the way that the room was set up. It felt very comfortable and home like.

Cons:

The only thing that I can say is that the rooms looked a little dated. But I really don’t have anything I didn’t like strongly.

The room was cancelled by the hot before my arrival and sold to other guests, and blamed booking.com
Pros:

I was never able to get my room because the hotel tried to take my money at 415 am the day of, my card was locked so they sold my room to another guess.

Cons:

My room was sold to another guest at 4:35 am, the hotel also tried to process a payment off my card without my authorization. Once I arrived at the hotel they blamed it on booking.com and said booking processed it before my check in time which I have never had this issue happen before with booking. And the hotel then proceeds to call booking not knowing I was still in the lobby trying to cover up the fact that they cancelled my room and sold it to another guest and the guest was in the lobby as well trying to get another room the same way.
