Categories

Cleanliness
4.8
Multiple reviews report dirty rooms, stained sofas, soiled bedding, bed-bug bites, cigarette smell and general lack of housekeeping attention; a few guests noted clean rooms but overall cleanliness is a clear weak point.
Service
8.4
Service is mixed: several guests praise front desk as very friendly, helpful and accommodating and cite good customer service, though there are notable reports of an impolite manager, deposit/refund issues and complaints about cleaning staff behavior.
Location
8.8
Location is frequently praised — close to airport, downtown, park-and-ride and Summerfest — though some mention limited parking and visible drug activity on the property.
Room Quality
5
Room quality issues are common: worn/torn furniture, old mattresses, broken handles, stained sofas, loose toilet seats, occasional bed bugs and dated rooms; some guests enjoyed spacious suites and comfortable setups.
Amenities
7
Amenities are mixed: on-site washer/dryer and complimentary breakfast are positives, but guests note broken elevators, worn refrigerators, missing toiletries/soap and other maintenance or supply gaps.
Value for Money
7.6
Several guests comment that the hotel offers good value/price and convenience for last-minute stays or proximity to events, though numerous condition and cleanliness problems reduce perceived value for some visitors.
Food and Beverage
7.1
Breakfast is available and liked by multiple guests (complimentary), but several note it is repetitive (eggs and sausage patties repeatedly). Overall food/beverage is adequate but unremarkable.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall impressions are mixed: strong positives for location and many staff interactions, but repeated cleanliness and room-maintenance issues lower guests' satisfaction; many guests still find it acceptable for price and location.

Pros:

No thing since the stuff is rude . They learn just yellow smile . So I don’t recommend people to come there

Overall it’s a good hotel to stay.
Pros:

It’s close to downtown Milwaukee. The suite room was very spacious and I like there’s a washer & dryer onsite

Cons:

Our toilet seat was very loose. We told the front desk but no one ever came to fix it.
The breakfast is repetitive - eggs and sausage patties every day
The sofa bed had bunch of stains in it
