Pros:

We had a very comfortable 2 bedroom suite! The breakfast service was really good and your staff was above par! Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating!! Will definitely recommend this location!!

Pros:

Ideal location, clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Laundry machines take quarters (I hadn’t used physical cash in two weeks, but then had obtain cash from an atm (charged) and to then go to garage to get coins. Then return back to hotel.

Disappointing
Cons:

My son found a cockroach in our room and him and his sister took it to the front desk and they said they would have somebody look at it the next day which never happened. The room wasn’t as clean as the first time we stayed there. Just overall disappointing for as much money as I paid to stay there with my kids and not have them do anything about the cockroach and just blow it off. I have to say the experience this time was nothing like the 1st
