Loved the amenities the pool and grilling and basketball court my family truly enjoyed spending time together
The staff was not so professional or helpful. The front desk did not have the pre requested crib avaliable like my confirmation said they would. They didn't even try to find one to accommodate my family. The front desk lady charged me twice on two cards for the same room and said she would reverse the charge and apologized but here it is 5 days later and I am still awaiting my refund. Really messed up my cousins wedding weekend plans because I was out 500 the whole time. Breakfast was good but the food table was always empty and the waffles were not easy to make at all they kept getting stuck in the old waffle makers even with the spray.
The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Nice living space with a kitchen which I didn't use but it was nice to have.
I had accidentally double booked a room and when I tried to cancel one of the reservations through the third party I booked the room with I was told that residence Inn has not responded to the request and I have not received my refund yet.

The staff is not very friendly. We had trash outside the room in the hallway the night we checked in. It was there at 8am the next day. It was still there at 5pm, at which point I told the front desk. I returned at 11pm and it was still there. It was gone in the wee hours of the morning after I left my negative Google review. The hotel smells of old cigarettes and the hallways smell like urine.

We stay there from Friday till Monday and housekeeping did not show up till Sunday evening. She just brought few clean towels, left most of the used one, garbage was left untouched.

The shower water wasn’t hot. Warm enough for a quick shower. The staff was helpful and changed my room. But the water temp was the same.

Laundry machines take quarters (I hadn’t used physical cash in two weeks, but then had obtain cash from an atm (charged) and to then go to garage to get coins. Then return back to hotel.

I WAS CHAGED CONSIDERABLY MORE THAN THE BOOKING ! mY RATE WAS QUOTED AS 149 NPLUS FEES WHICH CAME TO 163OR SO AND MY CREDIT CARRD WAS CHARGED 190!!!! WHY THE UPCHARGE?
