Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren nun schon zum wiederholten Mal im Hôtel Paris Italie und fühlen uns hier jedes Mal sehr wohl. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend: Die Metro ist direkt in der Nähe und man erreicht von hier aus schnell und unkompliziert nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtteile von Paris.

Besonders angenehm ist die ruhige und sichere Atmosphäre rund um das Hotel. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren bei unseren Aufenthalten stets sehr sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum sogenannten Vietnam Town mit seinen zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, authentisch und abwechslungsreich zu essen. Wer gutes asiatisches Essen liebt, findet hier eine tolle Auswahl direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Nur zur Info, hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun:
Parkhaus in der Mall in der parallelen Straße rundet den Aufenthalt ab (Achtung: dort Zahlung nicht durch Kontaktloses Zahlen möglich, Karte muss eingesteckt werden).

La réactivité du personnel a été appréciable, même si j’ai regretté de découvrir des dégradations!
Pros:

Mon séjour à l’hôtel a été marqué par la réactivité exemplaire des agents, toujours disponibles pour fournir les informations utiles avec efficacité et professionnalisme.
J’ai également apprécié leur sens du service : ils ont su faire un geste commercial en m’offrant le petit déjeuner à la place de l’annulation de la nuitée, une attention qui témoigne de leur volonté de satisfaire pleinement leurs clients.
Une expérience agréable et un personnel attentif qui mérite d’être souligné.

Cons:

Il y avait des dégradations dans la chambre et j’aurais aimé être prévenu plutôt que de les constater par moi‑même.
De plus, le siphon du lavabo n’avait plus son couvercle, ce qui n’est pas conforme au niveau de confort attendu.
Malgré cela, le personnel est resté disponible et attentif, ce qui a contribué à rendre le séjour plus agréable.

Limpieza y ubicación muy buenas
Pros:

La habitación es pequeñita pero suficiente para pasar unos días en Paris. Todo estaba muy limpio, la ubicación era muy buena, junto a un centro comercial y muchos locales de comida, ideal si buscas un barrio tranquilo, seguro y poco turístico. La parada de metro justo a 2 minutos que tiene muy buenas conexiones, por lo que puedes llegar a todos los puntos de interés.

Très bien situé ( Métro 7 & Bus à même pas 2min de l’hôtel ).
Quartier pas bruyant pour ma part , proche d’un centre commercial , quelques endroits où bruncher , d’épiceries et de restaurations rapide.
