Location was good.
Only issue was the cleaner left our room door wide open after they had cleaned it. Which meant all our belongings were easy accessible for anyone to access. Not sure why they cleaned it and then wedged the door open!?. Disappointing.
The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. I would rate the cleanliness and overall condition about 7 out of 10.
The room could have been cleaner, and a little more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the stay even better. Other than that, everything was good

Beliggenheden og den hyggelige altan var klart de største plusser.
Hotellet havde også en hyggelig café, som kunne benyttes døgnet rundt. Der var altid croissanter, kaffe, te og koldt vand til rådighed. Caféen havde en afslappet atmosfære, og det var et hyggeligt sted, hvor man nemt kunne falde i snak med andre gæster.
Morgenbuffet var fantastisk
Personalet i receptionen var desværre ikke særligt imødekommende eller høflige. De hilste sjældent og smilede ikke. Rengøringspersonalet kunne ikke engelsk, og kontakten med dem var heller ikke særlig behagelig.
Aircondition virkede ikke på vores første dag, selv om temperaturen udenfor var omkring 41 grader. Det kan selvfølgelig ske, men det ubehagelige var måden, receptionisten håndterede situationen på den aften, vi ankom til hotellet den 24. juni 2026. Da jeg fortalte ham om problemet, virkede det som om, han tog det personligt og begyndte at argumentere for, at jeg krævede for meget. Han sagde blandt andet, at der var 11 andre værelser med samme problem, og at de ikke havde klaget.
Da jeg nævnte, at der på Booking.com stod, at hotellet havde aircondition, svarede han, at “det er bare noget, alle hoteller vælger at krydse af”. Jeg havde ikke brug for en diskussion, men for en imødekommende og forstående håndtering af en meget ubehagelig situation med et varmt værelse i ekstrem varme.
Først efter denne diskussion sagde han, at han allerede havde kontaktet teknikeren. Det gav indtryk af, at hotellet kendte til problemet, men ikke informerede os om det fra starten.
Derudover var værelset ikke særligt rent.
Derudover forsøgte vi flere gange at ringe til receptionen fra telefonen på værelset, men der var ingen, der besvarede opkaldene. Vi var derfor nødt til selv at gå ned til receptionen for at få hjælp.

Par contre aucune insonorisation entre les chambres ni avec le couloir, ce qui est quand même dommage vu le tarif de la chambre pour une nuit.....
A stunning location! Close to the metro and not from bars and cafes. Also close to a McDonald’s great for a place to charge your devices after check out. Balcony’s are beautiful with room for 2 people. The 1st floor has a water dispenser with ice cold water. The rooms are a good size for 2 people. Also a had air con
The lift was broken from ground to the first floor however the staff did carry our bags. The safe in the room also did not work however as we only had passports I did not request for it to be fixed.

I don’t end up staying as it was filthy. Checked out at 11:30pm
After arriving I was disappointed to walk in to a room that was unmade and not clean. Sheets not stripped, dirty water glasses on side of bed. I thought I’d walked in to the wrong room. I was then given another room which felt damp and dirty. The lift was broken and when bringing down bags I had to drag everything down two flights of stairs. After hopping in to bed I discovered small black bugs in my bed and on my body. After getting bitten I decided to check out and leave the hotel for another. It wasn’t up to the level at which I was paying.
