The location was great for food outside of the hotel.
We chose that hotel, instead of one of the ones across the street because it had a pool. I was traveling with a 16-year-old, 15-year-old, and a 5-year-old (her birthday is today) The pool was closed. The elevator was broken. I have a bad hip, so the stairs were terrible. The bathroom door would not securely close and the tub slow drained during showers. The breakfast I paid extra for was microwave food and it took 40 minutes for us to get the food. The pictures and description on the booking.com website suggest a continental breakfast. NOT THE CASE! We only had a choice of eggs, potatoes, toast, and Sausage OR Bacon. There were only 4 other guests down there. Very unpleasant experience. I was also denied any kind of discount, credit, or even a free stay at a later date for all of these inconveniences. My 20 daughter was swearing in to the Army, so the pool was our last time to hang out. We checked in at 230pm and had nothing to do for the rest of the day. Disappointed is an understatement.

I'm disappointed this time. Elevators not working (nothing to be done about this) and stairwell I had to use was extremely dirty. TV was not working, telephone not working, night curtains were broken, and the heater sounded like a diesel truck running all night long. I have stayed here many times in the past and I was extremely disappointed. I hope this is not the direction they are moving to. Sorry to say and see the way it was.
We were going to use their parking service on March 19, 2026. My wife had called few times with some questions. Keep in mind we've used that service before and we're aware of the process. My wife verified we where on the list for an 8 o'clock shuttle to the airport. We got there at 7:20 and went in to verify we were there. The lady asked for a confirmation #. We were never given one over the phone. She proceeds to tell us we can't park there for free. We know that...but then she says as of January 1st we have to pay over Way. You can't pay at the desk. You would think someone would have told us that over the phone 1 of the 3 times my wife called. She told us we can't park for free 3 times. Very rude employee. I expected that when I saw how she treated the customer in front of us. Never again...
Property was nice, but your staff is what truly makes your hotel shine. I arrived very late after a canceled flight, and your team went above and beyond—picking me up that night and getting me back to the airport the next morning.
Your driver was incredibly kind and didn’t hesitate to help an older couple carry their heavy bags up the stairs while the elevator was under maintenance. That kind of care is rare these days.
And Jenny at the front desk absolutely deserves a raise! She was kind, funny, and welcoming—even while working the overnight shift. You just don’t come across people like that very often anymore.
Overall, such a great experience. I would definitely come back.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Stains on the curtains, stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom and dirty room! I will NEVER stay here again. The elevator was broken when we visited. I tried to get some money back because the room was so awful and the elevator was broken and was told I was given the option to cancel for a full refund when I checked in. I was NEVER told I could get a refund. The hotel manager I spoke with was rude. If it wasn’t for the fact that everywhere else was booked up, I would have stayed somewhere else!
The location was close to the airport so easy to park and get a shuttle.
The facility itself is very rundown. The staff was great, but they are very understaffed. We purchased a park and ride and decided to stay in the hotel on our return. At the airport, we waited for over an hour for the shuttle. The hotel was not prepared for the amount of arrivals coming in. When we got to the hotel, our room was very hot and the radiator was broken. At 2 AM a facility person had to come in and put in a brand new radiator.
The workers were really nice and understanding with our frustrations. But but it is clear that management does not value staffing properly or keeping up the property.
The convenient location is the only redeeming feature. Everything else needs a complete overhaul - property, rooms, service, staff, and most of all management.. I used to stay here 20+ years ago. Seems nothing has been updated since. The staff with a couple of exception seem to stopped trying. It was so bad, the night manager is not given a key to access supplies! Wow. If you don't trust him why have him.
Room had torn chairs. Restaurant on site very poor service and food was horrible.

The room was an oven & uncomfortable when we entered. Took a while to regulate the temperature. We accidentally checked out 10 minutes after breakfast ended, and it was included. 😒
The worst shuttle service ever! We followed their instructions and called after we hit our luggage and were were told 25 minute wait in -25 degree temperatures. They did not arrive after 25 minutes and we called again. They told us another 20 minutes. We got an Uber back to our vehicle. We weren’t the only ones either. We were all stranded waiting! Go somewhere else!!
I liked the distance to everything.
The shower didn’t drain properly. Multiple doors down the hallway had no locks on them or door knobs. Very creepy. The shower had hairs in it and a spider. The floor had crumbs and miscellaneous dirt on it. The one pillow had an orange stain under the pillow case. Multiple appliances were missing wood from it, the doors to the room were missing wood.
The staffs unprofessional no manager who can contact. We were put in a room that not even clean, the bed not made, the bathroom not clean as well. I got to leave as soon as I saw the room. Until now I have not received my refund back yet. There was no customer service at all. I got to know that that hotel was under new management that is why there no manager that we can talk to. Im waiting and keep calling back but I keep get run a round just to talk to manager to get my refund back.
Not a single elevator worked the day of check out. We were in the 4th floor and had to use the stairs
