Top Hotel mit spezieller Lage
Pros:

Tolles Personal und Zimmer sind super.

Cons:

Die Lage im Frankfurter Problemviertel war mir vorher nicht bekannt. Aber die geht Distanz zum Hauptbahnhof ist schon gut.

We got an upgrade for our first night with a suite. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious air conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle because we were provided with teabags. Coffee machine took pods which was good but didn’t know how to make tea using it.

Fantastic stay in lovely a/c room with delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, well equipped room including a/c, 8 minute walk from train station. Breakfast was fantastic! Hot foods (eggs, sausage, bacon), huge selection of cold options including meats, cheese and olives.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

Unser Bad war UNFASSBAR schmutzig.
Es wurde vor unserer Ankunft auf jeden Fall nicht geputzt. Alles voller Haare, schmutzige Toilette und das Waschbecken war sehr sehr eckelig.
Auch das restliche Zimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden.
