Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
Da uns das Economy Zimmer zu schlicht war, haben wir für 20 Euro pro Nacht ein wunderbares Upgrade Zimmer erhalten.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Anlegestelle der Vaporetti. Ideal für Giardini und Arsenale.Abends Sonnenuntergang in der Lagune von der Terrasse zu sehen!

Frühstück war sehr gut.Sehr appetitlich angerichtet und ein wunderschönes Frühstückszimmer mit Ausblick.Terrasse könnte man vielleicht ein bisschen netter gestalten.Man könnte sie verkleinern um die Gäste die dort wohnen nicht zu stören.

Pros:

Me parece una opción estupenda para ir a Venecia. Justo en frente tienes el embarcadero para ir a Venecia en 15 minutos con gran variedad de vaporetos.
Además el personal encantador siempre ayudando y facilidades para todo.

Cons:

Quizás la ducha de nuestra habitación. Era una bañera en una buhardilla y era incómodo de usar.

Charmantes persönliches Hotel mit perfekter Lage um Lido, Strand und Venedig zu genießen.
Pros:

Charmantes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem engagiertem Team. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt, kleine Probleme wurden kulant gelöst. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage gegenüber der Vaporettostation ist perfekt für ruhiges Wohnen am Lido und Ausflüge nach Venedig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Venedig mit großen bequemen Betten und einem Kühlschrank. Die Fenster sind schalldicht und die Klimaanlage sehr leise und dezent. Das Hotel hat eigene Liegen in vorderer Reihe im Strandbad und stellt kostenlose Handtücher zur Verfügung.
