I'm happy staying here but still have a room for improvement.
Pros:

The environmental concept is good. However, it would be great if slippers could also be provided on request.

Cons:

The bathroom lacks a hook or rack for hanging clothes or a towel. And the room is too small.

Enjoyable but the crowds of package holiday tourists often blocked the foyer.
Pros:

Spacious room with great views over river, handy location for local shops and cafes.

Cons:

The towels had been washed in biological washing powder - gave my face a rash.
