Value of money
Pros:

Location, lot of small restaurants and shops around the hotel, and bus stops too, even airport bus just outside the hotel, bed was comfortable .

Cons:

I don't like the toilet are glasses well and door,

Great place to stay
Pros:

We came back again. This is our third time to stay here. Never disappointed. Room is clean and tidy. Staff is very nice. Anna let us to have early check in. We got 20% discount at Avanti restaurants. Good proce for the food.

This is a budget-friendly yet high-quality large hotel with a very convenient layout. The rooms are cozy and compact (as expected in Hong Kong), but spotlessly clean, and the service from the staff is absolutely wonderful – friendly, efficient, and professional.

The location works really well: the metro is within walking distance, and right across the street, there’s a beautiful embankment with a long promenade – perfect for evening walks. The air feels incredibly fresh, and there’s a mountain and a park nearby, so you get a nice escape from the urban hustle. For sports lovers, it’s a dream – I enjoyed jogging along the waterfront, and there’s even space for outdoor workouts/calisthenics on the promenade.

The hotel itself has great facilities too: a swimming pool, restaurants, and cafes, so everything you need is on-site. It’s also a pleasant spot for both working remotely and relaxing.

Yes, it’s a bit far from the city center, but that was never a problem for us – the peaceful surroundings and excellent amenities more than made up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness

Good hotel in Shatin
Pros:

Clean, nice rooms on the old side. Nice breakfast Hong Kong style! Across the river from all the shopping centers. Visit 10000 Buddhas temple when staying here. It is not a central hotel, but price is good if you tolerate MTR travel to the center. If you book club rooms breakfast, minibar and free shuttle from airport is included.
Very nice gym and swimming pool(25m).

Stay away from the Citylife.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay with family. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the famous river. If you time your visit right during the Dragon Boat Festival, you can even watch the dragon boat races right from the hotel! Just sitting in the room, looking out at the river and the surroundings, provided a wonderful, relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There are some restaurants in the hotel if you choose not to go out, from Chinese food to western one.

You can also spend time to have a swim or work out in the Gym. If not, there is Spa centre available too.
